Great hotel, luxurious and comfortable, it is a hotel not very recent but its charm is unchanged over time, the staff are extremely polite and friendly truly an oasis of kindness and tranquility, definitely my favorite hotel in the beautiful Davao City!

This is a classic hotel and is favorite for big function activities such as conferences, weddings, etc. The location is very strategic. I see lots of foreigners here. Internet though is poor. Food is much better than Marco Polo.

First the positives - location in the center of town, a truly first class breakfast service, friendly staff, comfortable if somewhat run down rooms. Now for the bizarre negative. They change the wifi username and password everyday and you only given that day's settings upon check in. So, unless you want to wake others in your party, you have to... More

We checked in late after dinner with family in the city. I reserved for 2 rooms, good for 3 persons each room. When we went in to the room, they only have a double bed and no extra bed provided.I informed front desk and called them over the phone but it took them forever to install the extra beds requested.It... The room is way better than its counterpart in Davao City. Buffet breakfast is good and substantial. Picking up of taxi is a little hard especially during peak hours. Water running at the faucet of the room is potable and thats very good to know. It looks like am drinking water like i did when i was in Japan.

I was a guest of colleages during my stay here so i can't say much about the reception. Except for buffet breakfast. Food is not up to my liking. So we tried Davao's must try restaurants. Service staff are courteous and approachable. The room is just good sized. I loved that the bed had more pillows. It was comfortable. I... More

First let me preface this review by saying that I have stayed in a variety of hotels in the Philippines and all over the globe, so I am not writing this review from ignorance. The hotel it self is an older building, but trust me, that is not the reason for it's low marks. My room it self was terrible.... More

The hotel is quite spacious, when i walk in i was impressed with set up you dont feel cramped and its very clean. We had a training in their ballroom and was quite satisfied with the set up, the service (staff are helpful and friendly) but a little dissapointed in their food though :( we where led to believe that...
