It was my second time to visit this hotel. I was amazed with the improvement of the service. It was satisfying. The staffs were kind and very attentive. The food at the restaurant hotel was very tasteful. I will really recommend this hotel to my office mates here in Manila.

This hotel has everything right for a hotel between 3 to 4 star. Breakfast buffet, buffet and a la carte are all well above standard. Competent staff, clean rooms and good security. Hotel is well placed downtown. Pool area nice and clean. I had some trouble getting a really cold beer, but after getting the staff to put a stock... More

Valentine's Dinner An Epic Fail: 1. RESERVATION- our booking said we be at table 37. and? there was no table 37! there was a 36,38, 39 etc. we had to follow the girl around like piglets to a mother sow to look for our non-existent table. finally they had to usher us to a sorry looking set up next to... My stay there was for 3 days and I really enjoyed it. Executive rooms are quite spacious with sufficient lights. Welcome was great with a surprise fruit basket and drinks. Buffet breakfast is widespread with live counters around. Staff is well mannered as well.

I had some concerns when booking this since when going to Davao, the best hotels in mind are either Seda or Radisson (or before, Apo View). Being our first time to stay there, we were at least glad it's an actual hotel, with bellhops and a reception, function rooms (seems to be rather popular for events) and a buffet breakfast.... More

Checked in here with workmates last November as it was our official accommodation for our conference. I was excited at first since this hotel is among the more known hotels in Davao City since the 90s. The room that we had accommodates 4 persons and I found it quaint. However, a lot of negatives became visible after some time. When... More

Stayed in this hotel last February 2014 when I did some work in Davao. I somehow have a mixed review of good and bad. Here are the reasons why: Hotel: The hotel, in general, is okay. It's kinda old but it could still deliver although the lobby needs to be redesigned (in my opinion). The furniture used are outdated and... More

We booked and paid for this room online and came with huge discounts (maybe cause of off season) and stayed there for 4 days and have no complaints about this place. Buffet breakfast, Room service, Staff all great. Wifi connection was great but they reset the password and login details each day which meant that you had to see the... More

We stayed here for a 3day 2night business trip and it was quite okay. But if you stay here, please request for rooms in the new wing because they are so much better and more pleasant. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also big. I love that their toilet... More

The hotel is centrally located and that is a major plus in this booming city. The rooms are clean and the appointments are ok. The bathrooms are functional. There is free wifi which is a major plus! I like their buffet breakfast! The staff are great, very accommodating and well informed. They were very helpful and knew all the good... More
