The two-bedroom suite is truly beautiful, very spacious and complete with amenities. It's got a huge receiving area and kitchen with the requisite appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are functional and charming. Buffet breakfast, though, is so-so -- not something to write home about. Service, too, could still be improved.

Been long time visitors of this condo/hotel. Louie Juan, Bell Captain, has provided us excellent service in so many ways at least twice a year for many years now. Very convenient to Ortigas business and malls, very comfy large rooms with most personnel congenial at different levels of services. Louie is a down to earth employee representing the mission for... This is more of a serviced- apartment type of hotel. Been here twice and the rooms are huge enough to fit almost 10. Fully-furnished kitchen large ref. this can be a good choice if you are staying with your family for a couple of nights. Reception is quite small though. If you are into room space and value for money... More

I have stayed here every year for the last 3 years. I always get a nice room and have excellent service. This trip was for 10 nights and surpassed some of my previous stays. The staff at check in gave us a nice renovated room with an updated kitchen. The best part of this stay is the restaurant staff and... More

Groggy from my out-of-town trip, I rushed to my next "gig" at Astoria looking for the WRONG organization. The front desk officer patiently traced possible booking for the organization I mentioned which turned out to be another organization. I was pleased by the way the crew attended to my concern. The suite was huge, more than enough for the five... More

Checking-in: VERY VERY VERY SLOW. Inefficient Front Office agent - didn't thoroughly discussed the room policies. Incidental deposit: 5,000php/night - THAT'S OVER BEYOND EXPENSIVE! Room: Quite nice. Clean enough. Bad air conditioning. Poor mood lights. Bathroom - VERY DULL AND BORING. Breakfast Buffet: WE SHOULD HAVE JUST EATEN AT THE NEARBY CONVENIENCE STORE! IT'S THE WORST BREAKFAST BUFFET FOR A... More

This afternoon we went to Astoria Plaza to sign our contract with them since we availed their timeshare membership. As we got off the taxi, the door attendant was quick to open the taxi's door for us and lead us to the main lobby. There was a crowd in the lobby and it looked a bit chaotic. Many guests were... check-in - Astoria Plaza had a small, but very efficient lobby. The RCI check-in is located on the second floor, separate from regular guest check-in room. Not very fast, however guest were treated to other amenities that standard guest did not receive, such as a snacks, and a 15 minute massage while waiting. While the condos did have a full... More

Astoria Plaza is not a normal Hotel but more like a Condo Building with a selection of 1 b/room, 2 b/room and 3 b/room. Their units are well stock to enjoy away from home. We entertained visitors that they really enjoyed the foods, the spectacular view from the 24th fl. of our unit In addition, they have Swimming Pool at... More
