For families and couples, I recommend this little known gem of a hotel. It is located in a not so desirable area but a short ( 700m) walking distance to Baclaran Church ( National Shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Help). There are food outlets like KFC, MaD etc within a short walking distance too. Enjoy the street pedlars selling... More

Unknowingly this hotel caters for Balikbayen filipinos so as a westerner is well worth avoiding. The evening meal is served on a few small tables in the busy foyer and is only a filipino menu. So apart from sitting in the noisy foyer with guest checking in and out all around you it was also eye wateringly expensive. The room... More

Stayed from April 15, 2015 - April 19, 2015 My fiancée and I were pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, and that's the way we liked it. The air conditioning was effective and after a bit I was able to make it quite comfortable. There was a really large walk in closet... More

Booked through Agoda as "Secret Deal"- something i think I regret. Hotel, whilst pleasant enough does not measure up to previous hotels I have stayed at for the same price. In fact significantly inferior based on cost Vs amenities basis. We were required to post a deposit of 1000 pesos for incidentals (presumably the mini bar - but that was... More

The first thing you should know is that Manila is extremely expensive considering the cost of the rest of the Philippines. I paid around $100 US for a room which was quite large with excellent A/C. It was clean, the shower was decent. It's a no frills, bare bones, extremely outdated hotel for the cost. The staff are so nice... More

I always ask for an upstairs room. They are the best. Rooms are clean. Beds are good. A/C works good. Service is excellent. Airport pickup is dependable. Internet is only pretty good. It is better in the lobby.

Stayed here one night with family in 2 rooms, was nice and quiet, clean and accessible. Great Staff and that is what made it very good. Got in late from the airport (family had been there for one night already) and was hungry, even though the kitchen was closed they made me a meal to eat so we did not... More

This was my second time staying at Mabuhay Manor. Let me stress how the location to the mall and the airport are to this hotel. In contrast I must also stress how firm the mattresses are. It's a very simple bed. Hard, firm mattress and thin, stain-covered blankets. The setup in the room is nice. I stated in the deluxe... More

The first time we stayed here it was fairly nice stay. Nice clean room, quiet and service was nice. The second we stayed was bad. There was a group there that was running around the hall ways yelling and jumping late night until early in the a.m. We called and complained, and nothing happened. If this happened the first time... It is close to all 4 Manila airport terminals. There are a lot of restaurants close by. The MOA is a short jeepney ride away. Baclaran Church is a must see near the Manor. The charge for an extra guest, though, was excessive. I would have gotten a second room.
