For 40 USD, the room I got (deluxe king) was definitely worth more than that. It's the cheapest hotel room I found in the area at the time I booked (1 week prior to my trip). In a nutshell: the room is old, but it is spacious and clean. Big double bed, complete amenities (including a bathtub), and great location.... More

Good points are that the hotel has spacious rooms and great views. The staff were helpful and polite. The bed was also comfortable. However although it is a tall building, we found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel when taking a taxi from the airport (entrance is not on the corner of Taft Ave and Gil Puyat,... More

This was my first time staying at a tower in Manila, and I must say I was pleased with this one. Initially I was hesitant about the hotel, because the hotel lobby itself is not on the first floor, but the fifteenth, which can be a little disconcerting. But once you get past that, you will be really glad you... More

Felt this hotel was fine with its price point and proximity to the airport. Stayed here twice to catch flights. Agree with other reviewers, restaurant staff and bell boys way more friendly and helpful than reception.. Especially Manny, thank you brother!! 24 hour room service, dated but clean rooms. Wouldn't recommend this as your go to manila hotel, but for... More

Stayed here for two nights on our way to Boracay, hotel is very basic and the location is very poor, did not feel very safe at night when out and about, no where to eat and drink nearby, takeaway pizza unfortunately was about the best option. Hotel bar and restaurant never had anyone in it so very unappealing . Reception... More

This is an old hotel and you can see that. It would need a total renovation inside out, also WIFI is working properly only at the restaurant. They should renovate the rooms, change the small box type televisions and forbid guests smoking at the indoor restaurant! My room was at the back facing the MRT line and you could easily... More

I can't complain, it was fine. The only concern people will have is location. I had no problem with it and liked the location. It's right near the main bus station so it's crazy busy around there. But for me, that only added to the fun. Street food all around. But u will probably have to get a tricycle still... More

I paid for two-bedroom unit.. Pros: Bedrooms are large. Large living room. Cheaper than other hotels. Nice city view Soft and plump pillows Cons: Outdated television. Old tiles in the bathrooms. Stained tiles. Very noisy split-type aircon.. we could hardly sleep.

I found this hotel to be nice and central, that is it is close to the airport and Makati. This is not a 5 star hotel, but having said that, it is a nice clean hotel that has everything that you need. Only criticism is outside of the hotel is very noisy and dirty.

This is a good hotel with huge rooms and close to airport and mall of Asia. It's average priced and worth a stay in. The only concern is outside of the hotel, which is extremely filthy and full of beggars and homelessness. It does not appear safe at all. I was even advised by the hotel staff that there are...
