Chose the hotel since it's one of the nearest hotels from the airport, Terminal 3 atleast. But damn...: 1. In-room airconditioning was really bad that every morning you'd wake up and step on a VERY VERY WET floor!!! Called reception to send someone to fix it and yes, they fixed it but took us awhile outside the room waiting for... More

We stayed here because it was nearest the venue where we had an appointment in manila. Basing on google maps, it would only take us less than 20min going there from this hotel. Out right you could tell that this hotel was very basic. It was like a big shoe box with small matchboxes for rooms. The room was spacious... More

The good things about this hotel: close to airport (well Terminal 3 anyway), it had a bed Bad things: the wi-fi is pathetic (you have to go stand next to an antenna in the corridor to get signal, the bathrooms are ok if you are fairy size (otherwise you can't even turn around in there), rooms on the inside ring... my husband and i stayed overnight for an early outbound flight. the front desk was fast and courteous, the rooms were decent, the price was okay. they even packed us breakfast at 4am before we left, then there is that complimentary bus to the airport which was wonderful! would definitely stay there again for future trips.

I wont consider the hotel for a holiday trip however it is a nice option when you have a long lay over or a really early flight. Its failures in several aspects are tolerable but not the aircon which the temp. you cannot control. It's either you turn it on or turn it off. The size of the room maybe... More

This hotel has very little to offer except comfortable beds and air conditioning. Wifi didn't work, no ice, tiny rooms. Airport access is good and so is shuttle service. If you need the bare minimum close to the airport for 1 night, this is a good place. Other than that, it's disappointing

chose to stay here one night before the early morning flight from T3. was so frustrate about this decision because of the poor reviews from tripadvisor. but based on personal experience, it was quite alright. have to agree that the lobby looks very nice, same like 4+ star hotel; asked for a higher floor room with view, no problem at... The staff at the concierge are very patient in answering all my questions and request about luggage and shuttle needs. I like the free shuttle to the airports, it is very convenient. And they have free shuttle service to a lot of places around the Metro too. Restaurants and malls are nearby as well as a 7/11 store just beside... More

This review is based on the star rating system that the hotel has. So let's start with this. It's a 3 star hotel so please DONT expect a 5star hotel. We payed extra for a car to pick us up from terminal 2. We checked in in 2 minutes and went to the room. Room is small but more then... More

We booked an overnight stay here before our early morning flight to HK. We were able to take the free shuttle from NAIA 3 to the hotel. We were directed to the shuttle bus stop on the far end of the airport, and we thought we could exit from the farthest door, but they turned out to be locked, sigh.... More
