The hotel mainly caters for couples. Not ideal based on my personal experience for the following reasons: 1. It is located in one of the most busy intersections in metro manila where everyone can see you checking in. Being non-discreet mihgt be an issue for some people. 2. Bad TV reception - what you expect to see might be unwatchable... More

This hotel is mainly for couples. I saw one young girl shouting. She was running away. One guy was chasing her. And grabbed her to take her into a house by force. I called some staffs. But they didn't do anything. I made them open the room. The guy inside gazed at us," I am her employer! " The girl... More

The room was very small, smelled bad. They had some air spray but even that smelled bad. Bugs run when we entered the room. Even the towels are too worn and have holes. This is a short time hotel but even for short time stays there are better options. I would not recommend this place!

I paid for a Regency 2 room, with a tub and (supposedly) hot water. They put me in a Regency 1, no tub, no hot water, no air conditioning. It was disgustingly dirty, smelly, and so hot I couldn't sleep at all the first night. Then they moved me on the second night to a Regency 2 where everything was... More

yes it is cheap & near the airport. we didnt mind booking here since we were just staying for a few hours to rest & shower but boy the location is scary. outside the hotel is very chaotic and overcrowded, you'll be afraid to walk outside unaccompanied.luckily, the room assigned to us was clean and has a bigger space but... I made the mistake of choosing this hotel because it was cheap and near the airport when we were transiting through Manila for a half a day. We just wanted a place to rest our heads between long flights. It was not a good decision. The room was tiny and not clean. There were no windows. It was noisy and... More

Stayed in their standard room for 12 hrs which cost about 950 Pesos. Room is small, windowless, but clean. Air conditioning is cooling but very noisy and you cannot control it as there is no remote control. Near Taft MRT and also a shopping mall. Many fast food restaurant and also convenience shop. If you have kids , just be... More
