The rooms are fine but the surrounding area smells..how can I put this politely... well I cant ..like a sewer. The area could be called vibrant if you are in a good mood.. lots of hustle and bustle but also loads of garbage and air pollution. Not really the place for a romantic getaway. We spent New years Eve here... More

Shogun is a funky little budget hotel with obscurely themed rooms. It operates a 24hr shuttle service for the 10min drive to/from the airport. Shuttle cost 300ps, metered taxi is 170ps but you will have to queue at the airport for quite a while. If you are leaving early you may struggle to find a metered cab. Breakfast is good... More

I stayed here on Dec. 1 to 3, 2014 with a friend. The Hotel has a very good ambiance to it and has attentive staffs. The WiFi is very fast. It is every near the airport around 15-20 mins depending on the traffic. It also near malls Like MOA and its just one jeepney away. If you are to travel... More

from the booking , I was a happy costumer. The great thing about shogun is the staff, they are friendly accommodating and they really attend to your needs. They showed me this room , with 1 bathroom but no door just a curtain and i ask for me to be transferred to have one, no question ask the receptionist was... More

This hotel is just 1 min walk from EDSA and Taft Ave stations (these stations are connected), so you can easily avoid being caught in Manila's crazy traffic. In most cases, train is faster than taxi because there's always traffic around this area. The room is small but clean. It seems the wifi password changes everyday, so if you suddenly... More

This hotel is very close to MOA, and to the airport. Jollibee and McDonald is few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are accomodating. Breakfast is good but the pancit canton I ate is very sweet. (Buffet) Room that I occupy is clean, the guardnis friendly. Swimming pool is good. I will take this hotel again when I visit Philippines.

if you will stay for 1-2nights or more and your ok with simple hotel amenities i will recommend this hotel. you get what you've paid for. the room is not big, but it comes with mini fridge, tv and a closet. Aircon is working good, but as soon as you leave the room it will shutdown, the worst part is... More

This hotel is not the best hotel in town but not the worst. Not mediocre still borders on the bad. Avoid this hotel if you have enough money. However if you are just passing and need a place to stay just for a night before going to your destination I recommend.

You get what you pay for, this is a cheap hotel and a good option if passing through Manila. The rooms are rather small but comfortable enough. Comes with minibar/fridge, Air Con, in room wifi, flat screen TV and basic furniture. Very clean but some rooms could do with a lick of paint. Located in a busy area of Pasay,... More

This hotel is okay for a stopover for connecting flights from the airport. Room basic, needs updating but okay for one night. Staff said they would bring breakfast to us before we left for the airport (about 5am) but it did not arrive. Pool ok on the roof. Area in which the hotel is located scared us so we didn't... More
