Location It is almost 3k away from the airport and 6k away from makati business district. It's in Passay, not the best part of Manila to walk around so forget about that. It's preety close to MALL OF ASIA MALL, just a short ride by taxi from the hotel depending on traffic. I wouldn't recommend this location to someone visiting... More

This is a first class hotel.the staff are courteous and very helpful. My room was not ready ,so they gave me a upgrade.on the down side they have three elevators,in which two were broken. The other issue is there is a club next to the hotel that plays loud music from mid afternoon to the early hours of the morning.Trust me... We booked as a group and luckily I found my room to be on one of the higher floors... large and luxurious with top of the range fittings and a nice bathroom the deluxe was pretty good for the rate. However I did hear a few complaints from guests who were staying in lower rooms which were yet to be... More

Had an overnight stay here in a promo Executive room. Given discount was great. Rate included a substantial breakfast buffet. As an Executive room, I expected something more in terms of space and layout. But the room just felt more like an upgraded Deluxe. Washbasin practically occupied the entire space leaving very little space for parking one's toiletries. Promo promised... More

We stayed in this hotel as it was near in the airport and malls. We waited for about 3-4 hours in the lobby waiting for a room but the FO staff didn't bother at all (knowing that I have my kid with me..) So instead, we waited in the restaurant and eat. The staff are friendly and helpful except the... More

This 4.5 star hotel feels like 5 stars with its location - just minutes to Mall of Asia, Manila International Airport and the soon to be City of Dreams Crown Casino. There's a free shuttle to Mall of Asia through the day for your shopping - it's the largest mall in Manila. This hotel is also not too far from... More

I was only in the hotel for a 2-day workshop so I am only reviewing the function room. It definitely smells like Christmas in the hotel with the gingerbread houses displayed in the lobby and the restaurant at the second floor. The smell of gingerbread is really good and it somehow uplifts the mood. The function room for our event... More

the hotel is great for travellers though its a bit dated, as it is near the airport and fir the price that is quite above the average from someone on a tight budget, you get to have a room complete with toiletries-portico spa products with shaving kit, toothcare, shower cap, cotton buds plus other things like bathrobe, slippers, room safe... Not enough parking space for our car so we used the vallet service. I was little dissapointed that were not attended by the vallet boy as soon as we need them. The lobby is great. I can feel the holiday with their large christmas tree and a house biscuits! I love the interior and the band every night. The room... More
