Not satisfied. Room I booked was not the One given to me when I check in. I stayed for 1 night, then checked out. It took 1 hour to get hot water, the bed wasn’t made properly (no bed liner). I do not recommend!

This is the only oprion you have if you disembark feom Victory Liner Pasay before the vreak of dawn and you need a place for a quick rest. Being an econotel dont expect any nice things greeting you in the room. They provide the basic neccessities though but the room smells musty. I dont recommend the place for a long stay and especially when you have kids with you.

It’s pretty close to the Airport and most importantly, just right infront of the Victory Liner Terminal where you can conveniently take the Airport Shuttle for 150 PhP. The place was okay, although there could have been better hotels with better facilities with the same price. The room (217) that they gave to me was quiet, clean, with good working A/C, TV and WiFi.Though the shower was working properly with the cold temperature but they got no hot shower, however, the bathroom floor flooded after I had a shower, that was disgusting. Also, The cleaning staff was very noisy, they didn't seem to respect the guest resting. Overall, I would suggest they upgrade their beds and sheets for more comfort. It was just right comfortable for a one night stay

At all cost avoid this hotel.. yes its cheaper but u will definitely regret it. I regret i chose this hotel on my recent vacation to the philippines. i usually go to Kabayan hotel but i opted to try this hotel as it is a bit cheaper. my biggest mistake!!!!! - the shower is either too hot or too cold.. most of the time too cold -the bidet is not working - no security guard at the entrance.. 5 street kids jump at my taxi and took my grocery bags and insisted that i need to pay them coz they carried my bag from the taxi at the doorstep of the hotel... and the receptionist just stood there! really!!!!??? there should be a security guard at the main entrance so that the guest should not be harassed like that....but there is none! the only good thing about this hotel is the friendly housekeeper who helps me with my luggage. i definitely miss the warm, safe and accomodatng services of Kabayan Hotel. never again shall i try another hotel next time. i swear. this is like a punishment.😩

The room was smelling musty, food was dissatisfying and the on-line booking rates higher than if I just walked in . I was even asked to pay for the one extra packet of sugar as I drink my coffee sweet.

Our first problem with this place was the noise. There was traffic noise from outside, but even worse were the loud voices - presumably of the staff - while we were trying to sleep in the early hours. Not what you want after a 14-hour flight! Our second problem was that despite the room being booked for three people, they only left us one towel. We had three relatives in the same booking, staying in another room, who had the same problem. But because our room had asked for - and been given - another two towels, our relatives were not allowed any more, so had to make do with one. We also ran out of toilet paper, but when we asked at reception for another roll, they told us only one roll was allowed per room. But they said that they would supply another. However, it didn't show up! The bunk bed also had pieces missing and was coming apart. There are also no windows in any of the rooms! On the plus side, the on-site restaurant has been refurbished and looks very stylish. The man in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful when it came to getting the free breakfast. And the bathroom was clean and had a hot water shower and flushing toilet - which you don't always get in the Philippines! Overall, this is a basic hotel, one that is keen to spend as little money as possible. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, and the breakfast that's included with your stay, I'd only be giving it two stars.

No hot water, the bed is uncomfortably hard, but the room is clean, staffs are all approachable and friendly, it's noisy during our stay because of the location just near the bus station and we have free breakfast.

We opted to book the room since my bf is arriving late from Baguio and this is the closest to Victory Liner Pasay. Contrary to other reviews, the wifi is really fast. We even downloaded some movies. However, the room is pretty small but really clean though. Superior room comes with a double bed, a small tv, and small CR. You have to call the receptionist for the towels as they don’t provide it ahead in the room. This place is a good choice for those arriving late or leaving early victory liner. Otherwise, go to other hotels.

The hotel is not as the pictures, however, for the price one pays is alright. When you enter, it has a feel of falling apart, though the rooms are clean enough, and have basic amenities. No hot water, or much toiletries, and free breakfast is kind of a joke, orange juice is premixed powdered drink. However, the plus point is Victory Liner Bus station, if you are moving to different areas, like Angeles, or Baguio, it is just next door.

there was no hot water, the wifi only worked in the lobby. the air conditioner was dirty and had a funny smell. there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. the breakfast was late and the service slow. if you want to stay close to victory line there are better choices for hotels.
