I was booked through AGODA, on April 8, 2015, and went to check in at noon that day. I showed them my voucher number , unfortunately I can't find my voucher in my cellphone), but I wrote down the number , then they told me to sit down and wait. After 20 minutes , I was called and told that... More

Got an Executive Room expecting something great considering the amount we paid. To my dismay, the bed linens are old, and just a sheet that when my 3 year old son run over the bed, the linens were removed from the bed.. There is no blanket to cover yourselves during sleep.. It's just another piece of a very old, very... More

We stayed 2 nights! Second night room was not done! No additional blanket. No more choice coz we can not travel to the province due to car plate coding. I will never go back and recommend this hotel to others. I do not know if this a hotel. My opinion it is dirty and unpleasant to stay, terrible front desk... More

This was literally a last-minute, last resort choice as it was beginning to get late and we needed a place near the airport because of an early morning flight. I won't be staying here again. This one is the sort of place that becomes a cringe-inducing travel anecdote you share with friends. It's not a clean hotel, (hairs on the... More

This hotel is close to the airport and handy for a place to stay between flights. It is around P130 for a taxi to the airport. This is a short time hotel, but you can stay overnight. Sogo is a chain in the Philippines. No need to make reservations. Staff is busy but good and most are helpful. Room is... More

Hotel Sogo has the logo....So clean, So good. Mmmmm, yes for Manila I suppose it is clean bed sheet wise. Don't get me wrong, it is not filthy (except the floor), just not really clean, hairs, dirty table tops etc. it has a great setup . You don't book you just turn up and pay for a few hours, 6... I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, all in the last year. It is good for stopping over for one night or even 12 hours. It is inexpensive and I found the rooms to be clean and the staff helpful though very busy! The food wasn't great but everything else was fine for a short stay. I think... More

We stayed for one night before catching an international flight. The room was very good for the price p1,200, clean room with aircon, tv, very modern with nice bathroom. There were no windows in the room but this was fine for one night. The staff were pleasent and efficient. The location of the hotel is great, just around the corner... More

What a dreadful place, dirty sheets, pillows, towels, no hot water for shower, no make up room, staff not helpful, don't leave the hotel anytime, except by taxi, as sure you will be mugged or worse. I booked 4 nights left after 3 booked a 3.5 star, civilisation at last. Agoda should be ashamed for having this place on their books
