Our room was at the 6th floor. It was spacious and was classically themed. There were two beds good enough to fit two pax each. A living area was available, complete with a couch and a table furnished with a basket of fruits. Munchies are also available at a cost. The floor is carpeted nicely, which made walking in the... Probably the first thing I need to mention, my stay at Maxims hotel was complimentary from my business partners, and in my opinion when you pay for things from you own pocket everything looks different. And after checking price for a sweet I stayed in, this review would be a bit different. I stayed at Maxims for three days, my... More

We arrived at your hotel around 3pm with my family and nephew because I was advised that the check-in time is 3pm. During check-in, my mom and I was advised that my room is still not available and we have to wait until it was cleaned. I requested if we can have a non-smoking room because I have an allergy... We came from a standard-room in the newly opened Nobu hotel City of Dreams to a suite in Maxims and we were surprised by the big size of the room. All amenities are available and if you miss something just ask and it will be brought to your room. The room and bathroom was very clean. The swimming pool has... More

For a 5 star or 6 star they claim to be, Having your only 2 elevators to the guest room broken and having to use service elevator is something i expect from a 1 star hotel. Nothing was comp. Thought I would miss my flight because of this delay. For 8500 peso a night. You can get better service and... More

Arriving in Manila was a maze itself, the taxi driver kept chatting with us to keep our minds occupied....hello, there's that Hotel sign I keep seeing while he kept circling to run the meter, but it is what it is. RESORTS WORLD lights can never be missed. Soon as you walk in, you forget the hustle and bustles of the... More

Pros: 1. Location: very near the airport (right across NAIA 3, 15-min drive from terminals 1 & 2 depending on traffic) 2. Staff - average. sometimes they just pass by as if you are not a guest of the hotel. 3. Price - expensive (since this is a 5-star hotel) 4. Room - 2 queen size beds, room not that... More

The entire facility of Resorts World is nice, new and neat. You could almost forget where you came from before you enter the facility. The ceilings are high and gives a spacious and breathing feeling. Personnel are friendly. Restaurants and shops are of the top of the line. It gives one a very luxurious feeling.

We had 2 rooms booked 2 months in advance for June 1 2014. We arrived at 2pm to find they issued us smoking rooms, this was strike 1. They stated 1 non smoking room was available and in only 1/2 hr both would be be available for check in as housekeeping was still cleaning it. Reception suggested if we eat... More
