We booked our stay before September 05, 2009. It was a full payment. Then the date arrived. we are 2 hours behind the check-in time. To our surprise the room that we booked was occupied by another person. I think its their wedding. I complain to the management and to compensate our concern, they offer us a much bigger room. There is a much larger structure back from the street that is still under construction. This new portion of the property features 3 stories with luxury rooms, a spacious banquette room, and even escalators.

The room that we stayed in was clean and neat but not very big.

The bathroom was normal size for this type of room and there was no tub, just the Pinoy styled shower. The water heater is electric and mounted inside the shower (typical in this area) and the volume of water that flowed when on the hot...
