I agree that the glory days of this hotel is done, but it is still a decent one. Staff are professional and excellent in the service. They absolutely makes you feel a guest in the hotel. i had good blanket and towels and surprisingly I got a mini fridge in my room and a daily complimentary news paper.

One of the oldest hotels in makati if i am not mistaken. Run down amenities - you can see this starting from the reception area until you go inside their room. Location is good though - in front of a mall and within the red-light district of Makati.

The reception is on the 4th floor and the area is clean . There are a few tables with seating there even a smoking room . But that is where the fun stops , the reception informed me that the toothbrush and paste along with the slippers are chargeable . The room is small and is in bad need of... More

The last I submitted my review about this hotel was last December 2013 and I read all the comments from the members of Trip Advisor about this hotel. What was coming to my intention is until now I didn't see any feedback or improvement or apology from the this hotel management/owner. Is the owner or any of the management staff... More

We booked this hotel last minute as we needed to evacuate from our home after the storm Glenda left our city with no electricity. No problem with booking and checking in was a breeze... Only, we were not given a key coz according to the front officer, they were fully booked, that's why they ran out of keys... That i... More

Although this place is quite old, it is strategically located at the heart of Makati. Staff are professional, and accommodating to your needs. It is accessible to any transportation, near to gimmick places, restaurants, and coffee shops. If you are looking for a better value of your money, this is one of the hotels i can recommend.

We stayed as a couple on May 2014.The hotel room is really old. Outside and inside of the hotel show years of its existence. The facade of the hotel, the lobby, the elevator, the aisle going to the rooms, the rooms and their restaurant seem to exude that this is a very sad place. We booked in a double de... More

If it would only be : 1. the musky smell from the hotel lobby to your room, 2. dirty carpet in your room, 3. cobwebs on aircon, 4. poor CRT tvs in room, 5. advertised pool and gym but not operating, 6. haunted-hotel feel, 6. stained sheets.... then for the price and if I'm desperate for a roof for a... For the amount we paid, this hotel was certainly not worth it - the room wreaks of mold and mildew, it was old and not maintained well, the liquor at the minibar were half-opened, the aircon dripped (soaking a huge portion of the carpet), elevators were terrible (you have to transfer from one elevator to the other to get to...
