Stayed here for 2 nights with my parents and relatives. The entrance of this condotel is on the side way of the congested main road. This place can be very nasty especially at night if you ever want to hop into a cab. There's not many malls or arcades to shop around. The room is massive but extremely old and... More

We stayed atwe stayed at this hotel from 27th to 29th October. While we were sleeping in the room, someone came into our room and stole our phones and money! We kept the phones charging wallets in the living, while the front door was locked, but some hotel staff came in with keys to check if we were checking out,... More

I spent two months in a one bedroom apartment in this tower. It was convenient for my location. The staff were helpful, and the price was reasonable. Supermarket Shopping was within walking distance, and a good launderette just around the corner. Keeping the hot water heater on all the time did give a very high electric bill though. A corner... For the location and price, I think the place is good. I stayed for 5 days in their studio unit and 5 days in their one bedroom (plus maids room-no aircon) unit when my friend decided to share rent with me. The location is good, right next to Makati Avenue which is a major thoroughfare in getting to the business... More

we have visited Sunnet Towers Tuesday and placed a room reservation for it's 3 bedroom-room on Sunday afternoon. because of we're running out of time and that it was the only 3-bedroom room available we have visited, we have no choice but to get it and booked for it for we are only to use it overnight. Sunday we check-in,... More

My first impression of the lobby was that it was acceptable and checking in ran smoothly. The room was on the 21st floor and my intial reaction when the door opened was one of shock at the smell of the room. The smell could not be associated with anything I could find and I found myself escaping the room every... More

This place probably has seen better days. The lobby looks like it has been kept up the room's carpets are threadbare bed's, comforter is disgusting, water is rusty, appliances are old and poortly maintained. The parquet floor is falling apart and the staff is at best not congenial. I got what one would consider a very good price (50% discount)... More

Sunette Tower is an older building in the heart of nightlife in Makati . It may not be as elegant as many of the hotels in the area . But for the money it's a great deal . Their 1 bedroom suite actually has two small bedrooms ,bathroom ,living room and a full kitchen . Lots of tv channels from... More

The website shows a nice and clean place with lots of amenities. Dont believe it. The hotel is old and run down. There was a huge cockroach on the floor and a spider on the phone. The rooms smell funny, the toilet seat is broken, and the phone system is unreliable to make outgoing and receive incoming calls. Spend more... More
