my family and I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, it is situated just next to greenbelt 5, which is the shopping mall in makati. nice and friendly staffs, and they gave us exactly the same room in the picture that we booked through booking.com.This area is quite good to stay for first time visit to manila as we... We enjoyed our stay at the Prince Plaza II. The hotel is located right near the entrance to Greenbelt 5. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, but not on weekends, which also they include Monday as part of the weekend. (Strange!) But there are many other places to go for breakfast nearby. The free Wi-Fi works... Before I put in my review, I just want to say that out of all the reviews I've done, this is the first one that I will say outright that I do not recommend this place for anyone. During check in, Dave, the person assisting us, was very slow and kept on asking other people what to do next and... More

I booked this place for its Hotel like appearance and its proximity to Green Belt. Its actually a poorly served apartment sold at high price as a star Hotel. The one bed room flat i was stinking like hell. When we complained this to the House keeping staff, they shrugged out saying, its normal! There are no plug points in... More

I found the hotel room average, but still good value and the location is great. I had an old room, not a renovated one, I am told they are much better. the food was average, but there are heaps of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. But this is a very expensive part of town, I found that a lot of... More

The hotel isn't very fancy but includes all basic necessities such as a refrigerator, television, air-conditioning, kitchenware and very minimal toiletries. The furniture and interior of the hotel was quite vintage but it was okay considering its low cost and convenient location to all of the malls within the area. My partner and I walked everywhere, there was really no... More

This hotel offers very affordable rates and thus good value for your money. The hotel needs some updating in terms of its facilities and bathroom or utilities. The hotel is very close to shopping centers and is a very convenient location. I would recommend this for those looking for an affordable place and close to Greenbelt 5

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from Greenbelt 5. It's in a relatively quiet part of Makati's business district. Rooms are spacious, kitchen appliances and dinnerware are complete. Furnitures and fixtures are ok. The kids enjoyed our morning dip in the pool at the upper penthouse. We did not avail of the breakfast, as we made our... More
