Good for travelers on a budget who wants to stay at a property nearby Greenbelt (Makati's #1 attraction and mall). It is actually under the same management with Prince Plaza and the BSA Mansion, with the other 2 located closer to Greenbelt. Location is perfect, you may save more money on the taxi as the main attractions in Makati, banks,... More

We picked this hotel in spite of some negative reviews, one, because this was the only one available in this area at the time we were doing our last minute booking, two, that would work with in our allocated budget. These are the same reasons why we were not expecting too much when we arrived at this property- but surprisingly,... More

Stayed here two nights in September 2014 with friends. The price includes a newspaper and a small breakfast served to your room. The rooms are clean but the decor is dated. The condo style room has a tv, microwave and small sofa. The best part of this hotel is the great location because you are 5 minutes walk away from... More

My friends from overseas booked this hotel for over a week and we were invited twice to hang out after dinner in the Greenbelt area. Loved the proximity to the mall. Guards/Doormen are friendly enough. I pass this area usually although I've never been inside, except for when my friends stayed over. The rooms look old and dingy. And there... More

I was told upon arrival that I had been upgraded, however, one look at my room made me think that it could only have been a downgrade. The room was dark, presumably to try to hide the poor condition of the decor, and it was really quite depressing, even for a short stay. The reception is on the second floor... More

Pros - They upgraded our studio room reservation to a one bedroom suite. YaY! - Friendly staff - It's near Greenbelt and the other malls - Good AC Unit Cons - The floor is very dirty, instead of just sweeping the floor, they should mop it or use a vacuum cleaner - Breakfast is bleah! I requested for pepper and... More

This is the first report I ever write, but my experience of last week has compelled me to write this. First of all it will take you a while to find the enterance to the hotel, the receptoin is located on the second floor of a parking garage. The sign pointing to the receptoin indicates some condo and does not... More

"Asian Mansion"? Hardly. Hovel is more like it. Ordinarily, location, location, location should trump other deficiencies, but despite being next to Greenbelt and its plethora of shopping and dining choices, this place doesn't deserve to be in this neighborhood. The only other plus to this place is its staff, who are respectful and try their best to make things better... More
