Stayed for a couple of nights while transiting through Manila. The hotel is located on a side street a couple of blocks from the Greenbelt shopping area. Overall, the stay was Ok and comfortable, however the property and rooms are quite dated. Our breakfast was included but was quite disappointing both in terms of food options and dining room setup.... More

My 1st visit to the Philippines, chose this hotel off the web, there are a few options around Makati City but this hotel has the advantage of being very close to the Greenbelt mall complexes which have all the shopping and food choices you could want. Stayed here for 6 days. Dec/Jan is a good time to visit with less... More

Went here for a friend's wedding prep and post wedding party. Security is very good. The staff are very polite. The airconditioning is very good. Elevators are quite small but they're ok. They have a gymn and a pool at the 10th floor which is nice. They have exclusive parking at the basement.

checked in a few minutes ago. We were assigned to a room unfortunately upon entering the room, I can smell cigarette smoke . I called up front desk and asked if the room assigned was a non smoking room. I was told indeed it is. I wonder if that's supposedly a routine that a guest should be asked if its... More

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location: Two-three blocks from Greenbelt, two parks to choose from, and walking distance to the Sunday market. Rooms: 2-bedroom 108 sqm, spacious, pleasant and classic decor, fully loaded with cutlery, pots and pans Service: Decent, quite efficient Facilities: Pool was recently renovated Will stay again esp when with family.

A good hotel, with close proximity to Greenbelt (which indecently is a mall and not a forest ;P)... Staff is good and helpful, but the rooms are very shabby... Toilet was not working in my room, even after repeated complaints it was not resolved and was asked to move in a smoking floor (which I didnt want to)... So I... More

just spent 1 night after a long trip from Africa..... pick-up organized by the hotel, easy check-in... very comfortable room... nothing to complain. Woke up a few hours later, went for breakfast: was fine... nothing memorable, but lots of choice. Easy check out as well.

I stayed in room in 17 floor for work trip and it was confortable. Big bed, kitchen inside room, música equipment, good internet connection. Breakfast is not so diverse but the menú for lunch or dinner is fantastic and i recommended fresh fruit juices. Swimming pool is small. The negative thing was the inspection of our bags everytime we try... More
