We stayed here Easter 2014 when the water company announced that water will be cut off from a lot of areas in Manila. We needed somewhere to spend three days in as that was what the water company indicated as the length of time of the service cut. We easily reserved our accommodation via phone. It has all the basic... More

The best part of this hotel is the location. Exactly opposite to one of the best malls of Manila - Greenbelt. You will fill everything you need at walking distance, right from pubs, bars, party places to fine dines & shopping. You can find all cuisine at Greenbelt Okay back to the hotel, it's well equipped. Nice spacious rooms with... More

This hotel offers very affordable rooms and provides a convenient location if you would prefer to be near the shopping centers in Greenbelt. The front desk staff needs to be trained more in handling customer concerns or complaints. The security guard also needs to be more attentive to the guests' requests in getting taxi, etc.

Booked BSA again for the second time for an overnight stay. Chose this condo-hotel because of it's close proximity to Greenbelt 5 and all the other malls. Check-in/out was a breeze as usual. Really wish they'd consider renovating some of the rooms though and maybe fix some of the lights as the room is a bit dim. My room has... More

I stayed there from sept 17 to 22. BSA is currently under renovation that's why the room rate is low for Makati. But you have all the restaurants walking distance. Front desk has number for restaurants that deliver. You have to ask for blow drier, iron board. Breakfast include one cup of coffee per person extra cup is 50 peso.... More

My partner and I stayed here together for several days. We were looking for apartment-style living so that we could cook occasionally and make ourselves more at home. The room we had was a little dated, but it had everything we needed. It was up high and fairly quiet. We had a balcony attached the bedroom that overlooked a great... More

We chose to stay here simply because of its location. Located right next to greenbelt it was perfect to just cross the road and shop. The hotel itself is quite old and our room was very basic with aged furniture. The doormen were always friendly but the front desk staff seem disinterested.

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2-bedroom and was quite impressed with the over-all presentation. It looked perfect at first until you probably notice the cupboards are not as complete as you want it. The rooms are quite spacious with good beds and good a/c. Bathrooms clean with good shower. But old towels. Reception friendly but there was a long... More

Stayed for two nights on transit to Auckland. Plus point includes accessibility considering it is located just across Greenbelt Mall. That's about it though. I requested for a smoking room but no one has gotten back during reservation with the information that no smoking inside hotel rooms is already a city ordinance in Makati, Philippines. Balcony was locked. We were... More
