We stayed there on and off for 2 weeks with my wife and son to be close to my wife's family who lives there. Overall: Well... Very inconsistent from one apartment to the next. Some units are nicer than others but none are modern or new enough to really offer the comfort that you would enjoy staying in more modern... More

Stayed for two nights here since my office was just across the road. The plus to this hotel: Staff was friendly and helpful, and I was grateful to be upgraded to one bedroom premier as all the studio rooms were full. The room was thus spacious, and came with a living room and kitchenette; it would have probably been big... More

The supposed to be a relaxing family staycation turned out to be a stressful weekend. This Suite they claimed to be should be turned into a military camp or a hospital with all their restrictions implemented for the guests. They have curfew for the visitor until 10:00 pm, they have limitations on the guest's visitors, they have a P1,400 charge in excess... service of staff was great, thanks to their very accommodating front office manager. very good location too. Safe for 1st time travellers, near the laundry, convenient store, bank, restos and mall. Breakfast was okay. Although the room we stayed in needs overall RENOVATION. The bathroom has cracks, faucet's not working properly, hot and cold shower was unpredictable, linens must be... More

We visited my sister and her family checked in here because of my nephew's birthday, and we were immediately greeted by rude guards who were imposing questions like we were trying to tresspass inside the US embassy. Most of all they kept calling to remind us about the curfew and saying they have to charge 1400 per person if we... More

Stayed here after reading other reviewers' comments. Great value for the location near Greenbelt, although check-in may be disorganized even with pre-paid reservations via Expedia or Travelocity. As others have said best rooms are on the higher floors and facing south toward the Greenbelt V Mall. All you will see on the north facing rooms are other buildings (until the... More

For one good thing, the location is awesome. Being close to many types of restaurants and the gorgeous greenbelt mall. However, the hotel is not as great. Upon entering, the hallways are not air conditioned and dont smell so clean. The room we stayed in have old sofas, and smelly heater closet (i think it was). It has that louvered... More

The condo unit had a nice homey feel to it with hardwood floors. It’s very close to Greenbelt Malls and the Ayala Museum. Also close to Washington Sycip Park, a clean and green little park with Koi Pond, benches, shade trees, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was well furnished with a small dining table and... More

My partner and I stayed here nearly 2 weeks after we had stayed at their sister hotel the BSA Tower, after our trip to the north of Luzon. We stayed here for 6 days before our holiday together was complete. The main reason we chose this is because it is a similar layout to the Tower, however it is a... More
