The trouble is that this is the Philippines and you learn not to expect too much. The room was clean and the whole hotel kept in good condition with nice corridors. Very much to their credit. I found the staff pleasant although I could have done without the offer of a taxi every time we went out. There are meter... More

The Makati Palace was a fairly decent hotel. I booked an executive suite through agoda at a fairly good room rate. The room was comfortable and generally clean. The bathroom could use a refresh of the grout and it looked like someone tried to play Tarzan from the hood over the mini stove, but other than that it was fairly... More

Rooms are alright BUT they have the VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER that I have been. They tried to charge me a hair dryer missing which I have nothing to do with it. I have to prove myself by practically taking everything OFF my baggage to show & prove them. Rushing to catch my flight, they don't even care. AVOID... More

It is centrally located and all sorts of city establishments are accessible by walking. Shopping malls, airline offices and travel agents, convenience stores, restaurants, business centers, bars and nightlife abound in the area. Rooms are mostly smoking, so request yours to be non-smoking if you mind the cigarette smell. If you're traveling with family, let children enjoy the swimming pool... More

Location of the Hotel not good if you are travelling with your family as many lady boys and gogo bars. Staff is quiet friendly but service is really poor. Internet is not included and the breakfast is basic. I will not recommand this hotel and better place are available in Makati with a better service.

I was there for 2 months on business trip.It has Pool on top floor and nice view. This hotel is surounded by lot of... More

First of all, the hotel is located in a red light district so expect shady characters on the streets, nagging by lady boys and plenty of girly bars (which is tiresome if you are not that into that scene). Your hotel neighbors would more likely be some old white man with child looking Asian girl. It is definitely not a... More

We checked in here last night only to find that the wifi did not work at all. We called reception for assistance and they said that the technician had gone home and would not be at work until 10:00am the next morning. It is now 11:30am and we have internet speed that is comparable to dial-up. The elevators are extremely... More

I checked into this hotel today and immediately had problems with the internet in my room. A technician was sent and he had not better experience trying to get it working. He suggested I move to a room that had the internet cable so it would not be a problem. He moved me to the other room. I went to... More
