The hotel is well located in Makati, but I found it to be very busy during my 2 night stay. The interior of the room was average but at least it was clean. I did have a TV in my room but it was that old I think it was built by Logie Baird himself. The bed was large and... More

This is an ok hotel in a convenient place for the hotspots in town ranging from girls to dwarf wrestling. Hotel is ok do not eat breakfast there go across the road as to expensive for what it is. You can have a straight massage in your room from the hotels spa which was quite pleasant. All these hotels are... More

This was my first trip to the Philippines, I stayed for 3 nights. All in all it was okay but the biggest disappointment was the pictures they have are OLD. It's not nearly as nice as I expected it to be from the website. It was fairly nice but the King size bed was hard and the wifi was horrible.... More

Not the best for the price. I think it used to be nice, but now might need to be renovated. I booked one night in a queen size bed room, cheapest one I think. The sheets were old, I could easily found stains all over them. The air conditioning was old as well, directly inside the window frame, so it... More

This was my first visit to the Philippines; on a weekend footy tour with a group of friends. The location was ideal for us, right in the heart of the night life, but definitely not a suitable place for families or couples. The hotel is fairly nice, the staff friendly and there was decent security on the front door. The... More

The following reviews were my observation during my 3 night stay at the Makati Palace Hotel. The Makati Palace Hotel is located at the heart of the Philippine financial and commercial center near the Central Business District. It is also located in the entertainment area of Makati. It is surrounded by bars, cabarets, videoke, etc. The hotel is also adjacent... More

Visited 3 weeks ago with my Filipina fiancee having to book somewhere last minute for 2 nights due to a change of flight to Manila. Website looked good etc. and didn't seem too bad on arrival - they did allow early check-in which was nice - but things went quickly downhill. The 20th floor room felt quite dirty and there... More

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The bed was a bit hard and carpeting old, but overall ok experience for the money. I was disappointed though when i paid for 24 hours of internet and if was not working. They would not have it repaired for 2 days, long after I was departing. So a waste of money on... More

This is a vertical palace. The staff of the hotel also have their eyes in the sky. They can hardly look at you and understand your needs. The guards at the front are much better, who try to help you with your luggage, call a taxi for you and extent an umbrella when it rains. The hotel has a policy... More
