Stayed in an Executive Room (booked via Agoda) for 2 nites from Aug 23-25. To start with the Reception Staff and staff in general are on par with the best you can get a premium hotel. They were friendly, efficient and get things sorted out asap. The problem starts when there is a bus load arriving at the same time... More

This is not the first time I was billeted here. The first time was somewhat ok but considering that it was the first class accomodation at that time, the walls and doors are not sound proof and you can hear everything outside. They don't value repeat customers. Since I was alone I was place in the lousiest room of the... More

I have been coming here for years, spending months as a member of the gym, and decided to stay overnight, to try out the rest of the facilities. It was a pleasant stay, and for less than 3000 peso, you wont find any better value for money in Makati. They offer the same convenient accessories in your room as a... More

City Garden is a sister hotel of the Lotus Garden Hotel I stayed at back in May 2013. City Garden is in the heart of Makati and is a good value for the price. I stayed there for 6 nights. The original room they booked me in had a strong smell of cigarette smoke so they changed my room immediately.... More

Stayed here in Feb for a few days...a bit overpriced.. found showering very frustrating complicated shower/tap, hot water system had a mind of its own, staff could be a bit friendlier, highlight of our stay was breakfast :) various dishes to choose from, liked how it was close to everything.

Internet is filtered. You cannot use it for business. Only allowed to connect to HTTP. VPN, SSH and everything else is blocked. Even when Internet is working it's very slow and drops out. Internet works barely acceptable only during hight or morning when there's no people using it. The Air conditioning unit is at least 20 years old. very old... More

Outstanding service from all departments from beginning to end of the trip, very impressed and will be back. The breakfast was varied and head and shoulders above the other hotel i reviewed around the corner.... Stayed here for 3 days 2 night. Affordable. In the heart of the city. Parking was limited so I have to give my keys to valet. My family enjoyed the breakfast. I would like to make a suggestion to improve the soup ramen corner. Please add more condiments. So far our stay is good. Only thing is my check in... More
