Stayed here for little over 2 weeks. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the breakfast is pretty good, the swimming pool and roof top areas are always kept clean and dinner on the roof is always great. The staff is always attentive and friendly, they all seemed to remember my name and always addressed me by name. The doormen... More

This hotel is a great alternative if you're looking for an affordable yet clean and secure hotel in Makati. We got a deluxe queen room in the 9th floor facing Makati Avenue. Good things about this hotel: 1. Location - very accessible via public transport (cabs, jeep), beside a lot of restaurants (lots of dining options) 2. Service - check... More

If you need to be in this area of town than it is worth your while to stay here. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is delicious and the elevator comes on time (did to many complaints about this and waiting 2 minutes was not a problem for me). Keep in mind that you are close to so called redlight disctrict, but... More

Stayed at City Garden Hotel Makati for 12 nights on business in February after reading other reviews in TripAdvisor. Also couldn’t see the point of paying the heavily inflated hotel prices for those situated in the Greenbelt area. Original booking for 8 nights was made online but as my stay in Manila was extended by 4 nights at last minute... More

I stayed at a few hotel in Manila including other more expensive 5* hotels. in the mid range prices of around 100$ - 150 - I found this hotel to be the best especially when comparing to other nearby hotels. The hotel is well located close to bar and nightlife. the rooms are just the right size, with all the... More

This hotel is a little far from the center of Makati Business District. What I meant by "far" is you would have to take a cab (15mins including traffic) to get to the heart of Makati shopping and business area. Having said that, this hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, room (19th Floor) has a good view of the city.... More

Yes this is a great place. Great beds! The staff is always happy to assist though we didn't need to ask for much. Room service is fast and reliable. The pool is excellent on the roof along with the spa and bar. Would highly revoked if you are going to Makati. And if you are a night owl, the best... More

Stayed at this centrally located hotel for the first time. Staff was friendly and service was great. Had a mixup in reservations but was resolved to our satisfaction. Breakfast was a buffet which was great. Service and food excellent. Staff remembered us after the first day and made us feel special/important. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Makati.
