What I love about this hotel is its being classy, romantic, and stylish. The lobby immediately greets you with lovely live music played at the background. The hotel rooms are very cozy. This posh hotel also provides free wifi access to guest. It also has a big pool area where you can enjoy the night before going to sleep. The... More

We travelled as a family to Manila in April and stayed at the Peninsula for over a week. Our stay couldn't have been more pleasant thanks to staff working across different areas in the hotel. Firstly, Winnie from the lobby was attentive and very personable to our needs - the warmth of her service made a big impact on my... More

Stayed here for four nights. The hotel looks a bit jaded from the outside but is quite the opposite within the hotel. It is excellently appointed in public areas and in the room. The hotel was full during my stay and as a result, breakfast service was extended to the seating area in the lobby. The breakfast is not as... More

Stayed here about 2 months ago and it was wonderful! The hotel staff are very accomodating, room service menu is a little limited but if you ask, they might be able to make what you want (like the hot mocha for breakfast) the food is good, the pool is divine, and the room... stayed at a corner suite and i... This was my first visit to Manila & I really wasn't sure what to expect from the hotel. We arrived late at night & check-in was fairly smooth although a little lengthy for very late on a Sunday evening. The foyer of the hotel is rather striking and beautiful as it combined with an open restaurant/bar. In the evenings they... More

Not quite the peninsula you would expect, but for the price this hotel is excellent. Good room size, great location, decent restaurants and a good lobby bar Service is a bit intrusive but one can understand given the still largely poor population. And only about 30 mins away from the airport One recommendation - room service is massively overpriced, so... More

We were so impressed with the first class service of this hotel. Too bad the spa and the gym was undergoing renovation, I was hoping to get a massage at the spa. Breakfast was good as well but the service there was quite slow. Loved the halo-halo at the Lobby, it was delicious. We had lunch at the Lobby on... More

Top of the line. Have a masseuse come to your room for a nominal charge. Arrange through the concierge. Afternoon tea is a staple.

My plane landed early so we went straight to The Peninsula. We arrived around 10am only to be told that we have to wait for an additional 20 minutes so that they can prepare the room. We had a great chat with my friend and we didn't noticed that we were waiting for more than 50 minutes and the front... More

This was our first time in Manila and due to the positive reviews, decided to stay at the Pen. It was definitely the right decision. The hotel itself is well located close to where you want to be in Makati. The deluxe room was somewhat plain but well appointed and the bath was excellent. We only ate at the hotel... More
