The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the service is top notch. While walking through the lobby, the staff greeted us and remembered our names! We enjoyed listening to the live music being played in the lobby at night!

Probably one of my favorite hotels in Manila. OK. I love this hotel. The main reason is the lobby of the hotel. It's beautiful and screams luxury, but not over the top. I also like the fact that the lobby resto is open 24 hours for socializing and business deals. If you get lucky, you can be having tea or... More

My Husband & I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a 2 week trip before flying back to UK. Check in was ok but we had to request a map and weren't shown the services of the hotel or offered any tour? For 5 star I would expect this as standard? Room was average. Everything was just... More

Great experience, service was excellent. The center the Makati city, and minutes away from major shopping malls. Huge park right at its doorstep, for a great evening workout. Food and Beverages are affordable. Overall a great stay. Just one, thing that Peninsular needs to work on, is the WIFI in the rooms, its as good as not having any.

This hotel is amazing - feeling of walking into history with marble interior, grand stairs and beautiful finish, wherever you look. The rooms are not huge, but they are super comfortable with pillows to die for and nice quality cotton and big beds. The best feature for us was the baby sitting service as we travelled with our one year... More

The hotel is a bit older, and the pool is not really up to scratch but location, service and spacious room with great lobby make it worthwhile. It lacks in premium restaurants but it is in Makati so there is no shortage of good food within minutes, and there are no suitable bars in the hotel with for a family... More

Lots of good stuff to say about this hotel - great location, decent breakfast buffet (not a big selection but sufficient variety), good place for afternoon tea, but the clincher for us was that they offered complimentary infant food - which is great because feeding our 1 year old is such a challenge whenever we travel (parents know what I'm... I was at the Peninsula for three days on a business trip. The hotel lobby is fantastic and is where I meet business associates. I love breakfast there. Rooms are nice, but the hotel is starting to show its age. My first room was on the top floor of the left wing. Huge, but next to what sounded the outside... More

Nice location coupled with splendid amenities that include a great fitness room, awesome breakfast buffet, efficient service and good value for money. Manila Pen is a better option for its historical significance as well - a better choice for the first time Manila traveller

I was lucky enough to stay there on 3 different occasions in a span of three weeks. The property is beautiful, the service is outstanding. They even had a 24 hour nurse available. AND they were nice enough to send a birthday cake. They checked my passport and must've noticed. Now that is service. There's a lovely pool and a... More
