We enjoyed one night stay here, the room was big and nice, great bathroom. I really liked the lobby, so nice to sit and enjoy afternoon tea or whatever you would like, and in the evening an orchestra was playing - so nice ! Lovely breakfast. All over the hotel we experienced excellent service. We had a swim in the... More

The hotels outside look is 1970´s naked concrete architecture and the much publicized dual waterfall faccade is not actually in the hotel grounds but visible only from the roadside around the corner. A big plus is the very friendly and helpful staff. Generally our room and restaurant are only average compared for example with the Bankok Peninsula. Our room looked... More

Amazing service from the moment you enter the area surrounding the hotel. The lounge area is like stepping in to a movie from 1930s and you are just blown away by the number of weddings that are passing the lobby during a day. Wonderful room and bathroom in a traditional high class manner. I will definitely stay here again when... More

Check in was smooth, beds are good, room is very clean. Very nice view on the city. We had a shower and a bath with excellent water pressure (it is not the case in all the hotels...) - breakfast has a lot of choice, from bread, american breakfast, to asian (e;g. rice based, sushis) breakfasts. We appreciated the free shuttle... More

The hotel is stunningly beautiful when you enter, even has an orchestra in the evening! The staff are top notch, and so very caring.! We had a suite, and although a little tired in decor it was really good value . Well located for shopping, but nothing much to do in Manila

I visited the "Pen" for a 1 week stay for work. Driving up to the hotel the presentation looks amazing. Everyday we entered the main foyer we were blown away. It's an amazing experience! Live music playing, marble floors, staircases, chandeliers etc. Deserts at the café were a work of art and many travellers were taking pictures alone. The room... More

Had a wonderful stay at this truly grand hotel. While everyone is at their upmost professional best, you can still feel the warmth of the staff. Facilities, food and accommodations are undeniably top-notch. Live music is a wonderful touch. Already looking forward to coming back!

I had a three night business stay at the Pen in Manila and can highly reccomend it. The rooms are a good size and a high standard. Restaurant options in the hotel are good with local, international and great Indian food. The bar and the small night club are also excellent with a cigar bar for those that way inclined.... More

As you can expect from The Peninsula this is a great place to stay at. Amazing rooms, the restaurant Spice have a fun and interesting menu with different kind of kitchens from Asia. Very friendly and proffesional staff will make your stay memorable.

Loved this hotel. It's only about 20 minutes from the airport and right in the main downtown area. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The lobby was very sophisticated - very open, grand piano playing & overall a nice vibe. The room was great - everything you could possibly need. Bed was great - best nights sleep... More
