I loved the way the hostess would greet me by name during my whole stay. I would come in from work to have breakfast at the buffet and she new my name after the first day. They also do that at the lobby restaurant as well. My only complaint had to do with requesting a late check out on my... More

This hotel continues to be one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff here is second to none on polite, competent employees. They have been able to comply with every request I have ever made. This is a true 5 star venue!!!

This Hotel has been around for many years and as such has been part of the country's recent history. It's been an established landmark of the Makati Central Business District. We stayed for only one night on May 12 but I must say - this gem has not lost its luster. The lobby has remained beautiful and the rooms pretty... More

Enjoyed our here. Great service, clean and security is quite tight. There is a free buffet breakfast available on weekends and choices are a plenty to suit any fussy palate! Gym and pool facilities are brilliant and the lobby has an Art Deco feel, high ceilings, impressive flower arrangements which create a lovely ambience. Be aware of the government taxes... More

This hotel is very nice, has great security and the rooms are definitely worth the price. It is very pricey to eat at the hotel, but the hotel is conveniently located so that you can walk outside to the mall, and local restaurants. The hotel lobby however has some of the best fresh brewed ice tea i have ever had,... More

I recently completed a 2 night stay in a Premier Suite. As you would expect, it was spacious and the linens were superb. Everything in the room (carpets, furniture, etc...) was very well worn and stained from wear. Same goes for hallway carpet and club lounge furnishings. The food options were outstanding and the lobby elegant. Although I booked the... More

I stayed at the Peninsula Manila for 3 days . It's. fantastic property friendly staff and excellent service . The breakfast is awesome and the food served at the lobby is great too. I had a corner room on 10 floor with a great view . The welcome chocolates were very nice along with the famous mangoes

The Manila Peninsula can be said to be one of the most unique 5 star hotels in Metropolitan Manila. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, the Penn should provide ample facilities for even the most discriminating traveller. I say "unique" because unlike some other chain hotels, the Penn takes giving their hotel a "Filipino" theme very seriously.... More

For our graduation party, my friends and I decided to book a room for us to have a slumber party at. Most of the staff were very courteous except for the guy who cleans the pool. We all went to the pool area just so no one would be left out and this guy cleaning the pool started asking us... More

I was invited to a party in one of the groundfloor function rooms of this peninsula hotel in makati, philippines. And i must say for such a high rated hotel, it was really bad. The standing tables where ordered so badly that even waiters couldn't pass by. Next to it they served food, like springroll snacks and dutch bitterballs, but... More
