The hotel itself is luxurious but what stood out the most for me was the service provided. Edward from the Front Desk was superb! He was really nice, courteous, professional and yes he's cute :-)! He gave in to all of our requests during check in and when he gave the room keys he even went out from the counter... More

This has to be one of the best and weirdest stays that I have experienced. The hotel is situated close to one of the many "hot" areas of Manilla and is not really impressive from the outside. But go through the doors and travel back in time around 100 years. A HUGE lobby, wonderfully decorated in a classical imperial style,... More

Only place I will stay in Manila. Located in the Makati area. near great shopping and restaurants etc. Very clean rooms. 5 star service throughout. Awsome lobby. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. And the hotel restaurants are superb. Excellent pool with food service poolside.

Airport transfer was well organized, check in was fast. I got a corner room which is slightly larger and has more light coming in. Bath room is large, with a good power shower. Beds are of excellent quality, so is the the technology inclusive of a very large flat screen. Break fast is excellent and service good if at rush... More

The Peninsula in Manila is beautiful! If you arrive at night, there is a music group playing up above the marble staircase. They change the flower arrangements in the lobby regularly, and they are absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff can not be more friendly and helpful. Everyone greats you with a Good Morning or Afternoon. They remember your name, and... More

The lobby is uber impressive. Hotel is in a convenient location. Makati is modern and offers great restaurants and shopping opportunities. Our room was facing the back, garden area so it was quieter than other side. The highlight of this hotel is service. The concierge is knowledgeable and gives great tips. Comfortable bed and bedding. Then cons were the room... More

I was able to get a good deal online for the room and it was definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in with impeccable service. The hotel does seem a little old but all the historical charm is still intact. The breakfast buffet offered so many choices that it was so hard not to go overboard. Room service... More

Room are big a nice and you can relax yourself in a well equipped gym or at the swimming pool which is also offering a nice bar beside. Breakfast is well organized (a little bit noisy in rush hours) and you can also have some small bites... More

The hotel is located in the heart of Makati and in walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel itself seem to be quite old but does retain a certain charm. The breakfast buffet is very big with extensive international options. We also ate in the Spice restaurant which was excellent. The pool area with its outdoor bar is... More
