This hotel is located just beside Greenbelt shopping center. This is near glorietta, landmark, rustans and the rest of the malls in makati. You will be disappointed if you will consider this as a 5 star hotel. Their room, service and food is just commensurate with the cost of the accomodations which is just good for a 3-4 star hotel.

Overall Was undergoing renovations when during my stay. I just cannot pinpoint a particular area to improve on, but overall experience could be better. Service English speaking staffs. Not bad, not too good. Security is however, rather tight and that is not really a bad thing. Location Just next to a massive shopping area known as Green Belt. Cheap toys,... More

Back here again and I must say that the facelift of the lobby, restaurant and ballroom area is great. They have not got around to do the rooms yet, so the rooms are still very dark, tired and has that musty smell. We had a few days meeting - the service from banquet team and AV team was good -... They seem to have spent money on the lobby but nowhere else. This is a budget tourist hotel dressed up as a business hotel. While the staff are friendly (not hard to achieve in PI) the rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. The breakfast arrangements are a joke, long queues. I was even encouraged to share a table as... Hotel has had a remodel on the lobby and bar area and looks very modern. Now it's time to get going on the rooms. They need a facelift too! Food in the main restaurant was good, buffet selection was average to good. I worked nights while there and they had a hard time getting my room cleaned on the overnights,... More

Many people rate hotels by the facilities or bennies. While those are cool, what made this hotel the best I have ever stayed at is the people. I travel about 260-300 days a year. I spoke with every manager including the GM. They all want the staff to be close with the guests. They not only made me feel at... More

Great location in heart of more upscale popular greater manila city locale. Great restaurant and shopping access at a less costly full amenities hotel. Watch out about getting nickel and dimed though. Amazing breakfast buffet, pool. Locale eliminates need to be frustrating traffic during your downtime. Not overly kid friendly

The New World is a good hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and the location cannot be better, being across the road from Greenbelt 3. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices. The waffles are excellent, and I highly recommend them. My only recommendations to the management are two fold to improve the hotel.... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in February, this year, for 18 days. We found the hotel was a very friendly hotel, with caring staff who couldn't do enough to please you. The rooms were well looked after and we were lucky as our room faced the pool and therefore was quiet, our only complaint being that the... More
