I have to say with the new staff here at the Intercontinental Hotel Manila has made great strides to be one of the best in Manila. The personal touch is something you don't see anymore. But being a long time member of Club Priority and staying at many hotel all over Asia i will say that Intercontinental Hotel overall service... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always received great service. Food on the club level is very good and the environment is very relaxing. Rooms could use some renovations but still very adequate. Best part of this hotel is the location - right in the middle of Makati near Green Belt and Glorietta. Easy to get... More

Pros: It's in the heart of makati. Everything is walking distance. Great helpful staff. Yummy breakfast. Cons: I don't even know where to begin. So I got a room in a nonsmoking floor but the second I opened the door, I got a big whiff of nasty room smell. I immediately asked the reception to change my room and they... More

We stayed here for most of the month of July 11- Aug 11 & had close to a dozen check ins since we were out of town half the time visiting family. Booked an exec club room, but only smoking rooms were available although non-smoking was booked! Had to take a downgrade to standard non-smoking room, which was not worth the money spent and no refund! Apparently this happens to many people who book club rooms, they end up paying more for getting less! But the worse thing - the shower had... More

The Manila Intercontinental masquerades as a 5 star hotel. Sadly, it is no more than a Holiday Inn in Intercontinental clothing. Tiny rooms, poor service and lousy food. You will feel you are in Europe, because of the tiny rooms and high prices. Many other places are similar in price yet palatial. Highly recommend the Shangri La Manila. Wow!

If you are in Manila for business, I would recommend the Intercontinental Manila for such trips. Upgrade to a Club Intercontinental room which gives free access to internet connections, both cable & wireless. It also provides access to the lounge on the 14th floor which provides a great view of the surrounding. The service throughout the hotel is great, especially... More
