First time stayed & had nice experience. I reached hotel late in night & asked for non smoking king size bead. Which was not available as all rooms almost occupied. They upgraded me without any extra charge. Rooms, batchrooms were spaces. Hotel loby, fitness center swimming pool etc all were international standard & well maintained. Morning breakfast was iceing on... more

I found the hotel to be clean, dry and serviceable. I paid for a mini-suite, and that's what it was -- a mini-suite! It was larger than the mini at the Mandarin. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. Furnishings -- about what you would expect from a hotel chain. The service was outstanding. The... more

It was my 3rd trip to Manila and I have previously stayed in Renaissance and Shangrila Hotel in the same area. I was on a business trip and our meeting organizer made the booking for me. I had a horrible experience when staying in this hotel that I'm sure I won't come back: - I requested for a non-smoking room... more

nice place to stay. friendly staff.. The best thing I like about the place was the location and security they had at the place. The hotel management took several steps to ensure safety of the guest without making it inconvient for them. more

We stayed at the intercontinental hotel 1 night a couple of weeks ago. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the other 5 star hotels in Makati. Unfortunatly the hotel and the rooms are very average. We were so-called upgraded to a pool see view suite for an extra PHP 1000+. In fact it was a large room... more

I only stayed here one night, but would have liked to have stayed longer! It was really nice, very clean, very spacious. The location is easy walking distance to the mall across the street. The staff were friendly and professional. more

It is of a great pleasure my wife and I to set down this letter of appreciation and Commendation for the Staff of the Intercontinental Manila Hotel, expressing our happiness and satisfaction for the attention and effort the entire Intercontinental Manila Team performed during our recent, too short, vacation in the Philippines. All services were performed courtesly, cheerfully, with expeditious... more

My mother is Filipina and it’s been about 17 years since I’ve been back to the islands. My mom and I traveled together and decided to stay at the “Intercon” since it was close to our old home in Manila. The hotel was very pleasant and I’d stay there again without hesitation. We stayed 01/21-02/09, The exchange at the time... more
