My husband and I transferred to the E-Hotel from another less decent hotel in Makati. We stayed for one night waiting for our flight to Cebu. Upon check-in, we were placed in a room with a "veranda", which was nothing more than a space between the room and a wall. Not something that appealed to me. Staff was helpful and... More

The location is really great. Just 3-5 mints walk to greenbelt and Convenience Stores (Seven-Eleven) can be found within one block. Hotel staff are very helpful. They replied to my questions quickly by E-Mails and everybody were friendly in the hotel. Room is good enough in consideration with price. One minus point is the WiFi. It is available in public... I always love to be pleasantly surprised by a hotel. This place is not the Shang, but it's cheap and clean with large rooms and reasonably comfortable beds. The location is outstanding, just across Pasay Road from Greenbelt. I've stayed in a lot of top-end hotels in Makati for work, but I will definately be back to E-hotel when I'm... More

I frequently visit manila and stay in many hotels in this price-range. Recently i checked in in e hotel. Now is my second time and i will stay here!! This hotel has it all. It starts with the great staff. Im nio talking about standard/professional attitude but authenticity. They are just 'nice'! They think with you, offer embrella, give me... More

The best thing about the hotel is without doubt its central location to Greenbelt. We stayed there at the end of our trip and were using any leftover holiday money to spend on clothes and gifts so we were below the 5000P cash limit when leaving Philippines from the airport. Within 5 minutes you can be at Greenbelt where there... More

I stayed here for five days. What I sincerely like about this place is the fact that I just need to cross the street and -- voila -- I am in Greenbelt already. The place is okay if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the heart of Makati. I have to admit that it isn't so clean (like... More

We arrived at 4 am on our check in day and were allowed to have our room at that time by paying 50% room rate, which is acceptable after a long bus ride. Upon entering the room it was easy to see that cleanliness would be the biggest detractor for a good review. The carpet was heavily stained and the... More

We checked in middle of November and stayed for approx. 3 weeks there. The check in was already slow, as the staff focused on talking to each other then on checking in the client. Afterwards in our room, there was dirt everywhere and the room smelled somehow bad. Requesting for another room, they told us we could first switch tomorrow.... More

This hotel is not bad for it is fairly new. I will definitely recommend it, from the out side you'll probably won't notice its a hotel! looks like a bank of some sort...lol. I was greeted by the guard, the waiter, the receptionist, everybody..! really great service, even the second shift of personnel same class of service. the room is... More

I stayed there for two nights on a super tight budget business trip that required proximity to Greenbelt and to some of the luxury hotels. The first room was not acceptable, so I asked for a room change and the second room was no problem. Breakfast buffet is not worth the time or effort, but the short walk to Greenbelt... More
