I read-up on a review about this place and the guy said ‘hard to fault’ so I tried it. It was exactly that. Everything here is really excellent and not overpriced. I have stayed in similar places for $400 a night… but this was less than half of that. Everything I have come to expect from a 5-star without the... More

This is really a hidden gem in Makati. Fantastic self contained condo style accommodation with microwave, stove top and excellent bathroom facilities. A 7-11 is right by it and some top notch eateries, coffee shops and bars. This will be the place I search first when staying in Makati in the future. Rooms are actually quite cool and was able... what i love in this hotel is its big room and bathroom. Service is good and all the staff were friendly and smiling face. close to malls, restaurants and small stores like mini stop and 7-eleven. we didnt tried the hotel food though but it was a good stay and look forward in staying there again in the future

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The hotel is very nice, clean, and excellent location. It is small, and not large property with all the amenities, but what it does offer is a very nice room in an excellent location. The restaurants right around the corner are great, and it's a five minute cab ride to Greenbelt.... More

I was pleasantly surprise at the quality of this hotel. Great sized rooms, good quality cotton sheets, tea (but no coffee) in the room and beautifully decorated. Staff extremely helpful and friendly - check-in fast and effective. However, there is always room for improvement. There is great lighting in the rooms, but it took me the best part of a... More

This was my first stay in Manila and in a Boutique hotel. From the front it looks like an ordinary block of apartments and it is not well known with taxi drivers so ensure you take a map. Check - in was fine although they gave me the wrong type of room and then had to wait for the right... More

Check-in was expedient. Very professional. The place was good. The room was on the generous size. Bathroom was nice. Bed was 3 out of 5.Only 2 pillows but I could have probably requested another and recd one . Wifi was slow, baseline speeds for the Pines. Dial up speeds essentially. Use the 3G. Much faster. Location was good with plenty... More

Whether it may be with my friends or family, my stays in Picasso were nothing but wonderful. I've stayed here thrice and the service of the staff and facilities they offered have been very consistent and highly commendable. I love the modern design yet homey feel of the room -- very spacious and undeniably clean. Especially the bathroom! :) The... More

I believe its new and the design is minimalist. Its not a "hotel" type place from its lobby to its room. Check-in was fast and one can occupy the room earlier than their check.in time ( which is very accomodating and convenient). We stayed in a deluxe room.the room is spacious as well the comfort room. The balcony is not... More

Dear Bea Bern G, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are happy to know that you found our service to be "accommodating" and "convenient" and that your room was "spacious". I am sorry that you feel that our balconies are unsafe. They are designed according to code and are often times one of the highlights... More
