Nice staff , good location. Hotel rooms are little small compared to other similar hotels. Hotel location is very near to shopping malls, indian/arabic restaurants. Staffs in hotel specially staffs in reception are so nice and helpful to the guests.

Good value for the location. Only a few blocks from Burgos, and Greenbelt is a short taxi ride away. There are better hotels in Makati, to be sure, but at higher price points. Very friendly staff, although it had turned over almost 100% after I returned from 2 weeks in Cebu and some of those friendly faces were gone. Pretty... More

We only stayed two nights in this hotel, one on our arrival to the Philippines and another on our departure, but the hotel satisfied all our needs. Its location is perfect, 20 minutes from the airport, easily avoiding the terrible traffic in Manila. You also have plenty of restaurants and some shops around. If you like walking, you can even... Been staying there practically every other month whne in Manila since last few years and more feeling comfortable eventhough the rooms are small! But the basic facilities good and warmth of the hotel personnel are abundance! Accessable to many night spots for those want to contribute to manila economy. Decent rate with breakfast and cleanliness is always guaranteed and more... More

Stayed five days in this modest hotel on a golfing holiday. Check in was a breeze. The rooms are compact but functional and clean. The washrooms are cramped even for someone of average build. Breakfast on level 2 had a decent spread but gets repititive after the first couple days. Very efficient staff and concierge. Great dining options in the... More

Good service (Berjaya is slightly better) and good clean hotel. Good location on Makati Ave. the pool on the roof is good (better than Berjaya) and not used much so you get to enjoy it. I will stay here again on a future visit to Manila

Being in the hospitality business myself I understand a lot of realistic and unrealistic requests that guests has. I admit I have become somewhat of a hotel diva just because I know what to expect for the price I'm paying. St. Giles more than surpassed my expectations for this location. From the moment we checked in and the time we... More

At check in, the desk clerk insisted that I booked a superior room instead of the upgraded deluxe room. I had to produce my receipt in order to convince her that I had indeed book a deluxe room. Next I was told that the rate was P12000 instead of P9000. Again I had to produce my receipt to settle the... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback during your stay here at St Giles Makati. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced during your check in. Indeed your booking was for a Deluxe Room. However, may I just clarify that the reason there was an additional Php3,000 upon check in is for incidental deposit which is refundable upon... More

It is a new hotel in Makati area. Our room is small, not good for the price we paid. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is the plus factor of this hotel since this is close to all the malls, restaurants are stone away.
