First agoda.com messed up my room type. Had to pay extra for room upgrade so my wife and I could sleep in same bed :/ then air conditioning was broken asked for to be notified of other room with air conditioning, they just popped up and said transfer now, thanks for the heads up. Then transfer to other room with... More

This hotel stinks!! Super dirty. Aircon and fridge not working. Water is yellow. Room service sucks. Dirty glasses. Pubic hair all over the place. Over priced for this kind of stinky, dirty, small spaced hotel!!! Pictures uploaded that this is a good hotel not true!!! I am warning you do not even attempt on staying here! Waste of Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eurotel Pasong tamo makati branch I just want to report my Awful experience last night. We were at room 615. Aircon was not working properly. It was super hot so i decided to use the bath tub but i was shocked after seeing the tub filled with yellow water (yuck)! I called the front desk right away to request for... More

the room that was given to me is at the 11th floor of the hotel but sadly the elevator only serviced up to the 10th floor so you have no choice but to walk the stair. but it just a short walk and will not bother you. the room i checked in is nice and clean. the AC is cold... More

I had to visit the British Embassy in Manila before flying on to Cagayan De Oro, and so needed somewhere to stay for one night which was close to both the Embassy and the airport; Eurotel fit the bill perfectly. Details of the room booked are cut & pasted below, and price was 2,500php: Classic Double Room sleeps 2. Breakfast... More

I stayed here for one night in the cheapest room which cost 2,250 peso. The room was very small, smelt of cigarette smoke and the furniture and fittings were very tired looking with stains and scuff marks everywhere. Location is OK opposite the Walter Mart but you can get better value for money elsewhere. I will not stay here again... More

This is another dirty smelly Ehrotel hotel. The rooms were dirty, the linens and bed was nasty. I mean they have a door that locks to the elevator. Really. The free breakfast, nothing free is worth getting sick over. The section of the city is dirty, loud, and the street hustlers are relentless. I can not stress how dirty this... More

So I love how they trick you with the photos. The angle they give you of both the room and lobby are very, very deceiving. The hotel is in a kind of ghetto area, but that's the very least of what bothered me. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel smells. The bathrooms are rancid and stink. My god... Eurotel Makati, easily recognizable by its red and green livery, is within easy reach of NAIA 3, Manila's low-cost carrier terminal. Take a metered yellow taxi, give the driver PHP 20 for the Skyway toll and you'll see the place upon taking the Makati Exit some 15 minutes later. Across the road (careful when crossing!) is Walter Mart, a medium-size... More

Amazed by the accomodation. We checked in very late in the evening. Actually, its already morning 1am. They offered us a 12hours stay only since we needed to be out by the day. Great offer! Did not expect it. They just need to upgrade staff performance and maybe add more staff. Thanks for the accomodation!
