It was a very nice hotel. They have One of the best breakfast. Check in and check out was fast. We had a room that is outdated and need a renovation. The bathroom was small but clean. Nearby of everything ;). Shopping mall ;)

I have stayed here twice. Both times, service was friendly and correct. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the Makati shopping mall district with walking distance to the museum. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffee with very good bread, croissants, fruit and assorted cerials. They also have a buffee dinner which is good value for money,... More

My father is having a check up in makati med. This hotel is perfect since makati med is only 3 blocks away. Service is good and the place is cozy and very affordable. Highly recommended. Bring extra slippers tho. :)

We stayed here on alternative weeks, as we wanted somewhere reasonably priced near to Chinese embassy. Its has a quiet relaxing atmosphere and appears to cater mainly for a Filipino clientele. The room was perfect with soft beds, and modern split system aircon. Hot water at all times. TV with many channels. Breakfast was fine. They provide a snack menu... More

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my time in Manilla. The rooms were nice and cozy and more than I needed. I wasn't planning on spending too much time at the hotel anyway. The key to the success of this hotel is the service. The showers were nice and warm and the room had proper air... More

I stayed in this hotel because it was close to my testing center. Unfortunately i stayed during a storm and the area gets really flooded. We were stuck in the room with nothing to do. If the weather had been good, i think i would have had a better experience. The room is a bit dim, no windows so i... More

Very good review.. Please note, we post very clearly in our website why there are no windows on this busy noisy city street. Notice no one complains that they can't sleep due to horns of cars and such. Floods? You bet! The whole metropolis is not spared. Cheers! More

P1800 for the area seems like a good deal, but add a few hundred more and you get a 2 or 3 star hotel located in the prime areas of Makati City. The most ironic thing about this hotel is that it feels like a seedy motel. We are in a room fronting the street and yet we have no... More

Apparently you've never been to prison. Nevertheless all opinions are welcome as we try to glean what we can to improve. Toilets not, flushing well is about all we can double check on.. As we said in numerous posts the windowless rooms are to keep city noise out. It's clearly stated on our www too. P800 is a great deal and... More

Thank you sir for being objective on your review. You are our -text book- case -- you have said it exactly the way we envisioned our inn. A good quiet place to,sleep amidst the city noise for a fair price. Nothing more, it's not the Ritz, but all conveniences are indeed included in the price you pay. No rip offs... More

Tiny rooms, I can hear the people in the room next door, didn't sleep too well. I was extremely irritated that the laundry was not cleaned well for example the towels smelled like a wet dog. I went and bought my own towels to use there. No landmark, need better directions. The control to enter is fine however it took... More

Yes, we are a budget category inn, never pretended to be anything else but. Rooms are small but has everything in it for the price paid- bidet, cable tv, DVD, as many movies free, aircon, hot running water, etc.,,etc. the noise emanates from the halls where arriving guests inconsiderately laugh or,talk loudly, ignoring all signs to please observe silence, since others... I booked a room in this inn twice. It's very near the Philippine Orthopedic Institute where I have an appointment. The first visit was perfectly okay. The receptionist was very accommodating and nice. I checked in very early in the morning and it's great that there wasn't any hassle whatsoever. The bed in my room is good for two people... More

Cecile can't recall your specific instance but you are right in saying its unacceptable if she was rude. Furthermore, we do not merely defend a wrong doing by denial-- we learn from it. In this instance no defense is necessary. A sincere apology if she indeed treated you rudely. Please know the side of the counter where she stands is... More
