The service at this hotel is always impeccable from all points of staff beginning at the Front Desk to the Housekeeping staff right down to the Maintenance Department. We stay here almost weekly and enjoy it everytime. They also have an indoor pool which is relaxing in the middle of an upstate New York winter! more

Travelled with co-workers for meeting. Early check in, no hassles. Interesting layout to hotel with respect to indoor pool/atrium. Some loud noise filters into the rooms, but nothing at nighttime. This hotel is located in a beautiful little city (or big town). The room was very well maintained, as were the halls, lobby and exterior. In the winter it cost me about $15 less than the Syracuse equivalent. Among Holiday Inns this is a winner. more

We stayed for the weekend with their Wine Package and had a wonderful time! They were so nice at the front desk, we got WINE with the package, the pub was so neat, and our room was very nice! We only wish the third night had been available, but they were sold out. more

Not impressed with our stay at all, particularly for the price. Having a new baby, cleanliness is high on my list. Cob webs, dirty corners, and dirty floors don't cut it.
