3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

My son loved playing inside the room and running at the garden of the hotel. Spent almost $200 for 2 night stay at the Manor at Camp John Hay (booked the hotel a month before). This rate did not include breakfast. We had our breakfast at another hotel where the rest of the family was staying. I had a weird... More

We had a pleasant stay, as we always do in this part of Baguio. Fresh, cool air; pine trees... However, as we have previously stayed at next door The Forest Lodge, The Manor is just too pricey. Everything is the same except that The Manor offers a wide buffet range for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which one can avail of... More

Staff are well trained, they really take care of the guests, they are very courteous, they are always smiling, whether in the elevator or in the resto area or in the hallway. They also have good food, plus everything u need is in the room, for any requests they are very prompt. Recommended.

We had had a long 14 hour flight from Australia and then a 5 hour drive to reach John Hay Manor and so were exhausted when we arrived. Initial impressions when arriving at The Manor were positive: extensive, manicured grounds, numerous security checkpoints with shotgun toting guards which gave a strong feeling of safety, valet parking, efficient friendly checkin with... We reserved for rooms with balcony overlooking the garden, spacious with walk in closet. Breakfast and dinner by Le Chef at The Manor was superb. Location was good, across outlets but close early at 7pm. I had a nice massage but service only until at 9pm.

I stayed in The Manor camp John Hay for five nights for business trip. The wooden interior decoration at lobby creates a warm atmosphere. Their room is spacious but not suitable for business traveler because they do not have outlet next to writing table, WIFI is very unstable. I can hardly connected to both of their two hot spots every... More

Love the place! Stayed in the 2 BR suite with a Garden View. The suite is huge! Clean Rooms, Courteous Staff, Impeccable Service. 5 star experience! For an extra enjoyable trip to Baguio, stay at the Manor and you will not be disappointed. Perfect place to stay especially if you have kids, they will enjoy all the facilities and the... More

First time trip to CJH since 1985. The room was very spacious and provided a refrigerator and wet bar. The staff is very friendly. At check in the lady spoke very fast making it hard to understand. For the price 6000 peso, breakfast was not included. With no AC, we kept patio door open slightly for air. However they have... More

The location is prime and the rooms are some of the better accommodation Baguio has to offer although quite dated. It is tolerably clean although a bit dusty and clearly not sanitised. For lack of better options in Baguio, this is a fair choice. However, the service is just appallingly bad that I had to vent it put somewhere. This... More
