We stayed at this hotel during the peak season so as expected rates are expensive. The hotel is quite old but the lobby is nice and clean. The receptionists are very warm and accommodating and fast. We were booked at the 2nd floor facing the street. The room has aircon which we didn't use because it was cold during that... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3N/4D. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There are 2 areas in the hotel, the newly renovated wing and the old one. My sister had the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and 1 extra. The room was very spacious and definitely more luxurious than the old wing. I chose the... More

We went to Baguio with no reservation and decided to just get a hotel when we get there. The rates are reasonable.. not cheap but not too expensive. Its location is near Session Road which makes it accessible. The rooms are decent. The restaurant has also some nice meals to offer. I don't mind going back to this hotel if... More

hubby and i stayed here to celebrate the last few days of 2014. the place has a good location being near session road and the transport going to the famous tourist spots like mines view, botanical, wright park, the mansion, etc., pass by here. they could do more though when it comes to their breakfast fare which is more like... It's not a 5-star hotel but by no means a good hotel to stay for families looking for a place to stay in Baguio. Food is good (buffet although limited choices unlike other big hotels), room is spacious enough for a family of 4, with WiFi and cable TVs. Nice location because it's just walking distance from SM Baguio and... More

Staying at El Cielito is not okay. I have a room in the old section of the hotel and .... Staff are okay, else, this hotel would get a terrible rating. They have a lot of interns who are on training... Cons: Room is cramped and tiny. Mattress is old, lumpy and uncomfortable with no cover, attaching picture of it... More

It is an old hotel but with extended with a new wing with new rooms. I was given an old room. It was kinda creepy because of the old furniture inside the room. It has no air con but with a large ceiling fan. My room has flat screen small TV. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel has enough... More

Hotel is located in the city center and walking distance to the mall and some nice restaurants. Staff are very nice and greets the guest no matter what time of the day it is. They are also kind enough to allow us to check-in 3hrs earlier than their normal check-in time. Hotel's corridor are clean and well maintained, same as... More

Me and my officemates stayed here overnight. We took the elevator in the new building, only to find out that our room is just a climb of stairs near the front desk, in the old building. Sad thing, the staff could have told us earlier. We left for a drink around 8pm. We are sure that we locked the door... More

If one gets a room in the new wing, one wil be lucky. It is more quiet than the old one, has hallway lights that automatically shut and the toilet is a great deal. Not only that: the linen is fresher and cleaner and so are the towels. All these add up to a restful, quiet stay that makes the... More
