This hotel is a big disappointment some electrical outlets are not working, no wifi in the room we booked (312) which is specialy basic. Additional charge for dental kit, room smells aweful and worst is you can overhear people talking in the next room. I dont recommend this hotel specialy when your traveling for business. It is so inconvenient. Not... More

On 05 Aug. 2015, we arrived in Baguio City at 05:30 a.m. via a 5 hour drive from Manila. We checked-in at the Citylight Hotel, Baguio City at 06:00 a.m. The hotel facilities looked marvelous! The female Front desk staff was very pleasant. At 7:00 a.m., availed of the sumptuous, beautiful breakfast buffet at the lobby restaurant. Restaurant staff were... More

This is the worst hotel ever. The rooms smell like molds. The staff is not helpful at all. The breakfast buffet is terrible. I mean, how can you get breakfast wrong? I dont understand why there are good reviews, probably planted. Never ever going back to this hotel!!

Went in the hotel to check their rooms, we weren't greeted by the front desk lady , we felt as if we are disturbing her. We asked for the rooms she just pointed out a stand with flyers of rooms and rates, I said I wanna see it. She said its already there. Her eyes rolling at us!! She reluctantly... More

We arrived early in the morning thus our rooms are not yet available. However, they allowed us to leave our bags at the concierge. They even gave us a list of places to visit which are near the area. Location is very accessible, a few meters at the back of the Cathedral and near SM Baguio. The rooms are big... More

Check-in was a bit chaotic, probably because it was during the long weekend. The room was pretty big and has free toiletries, however they do not have free toothbrush. Also, the room has no aircon. This would have been okay since it's Baguio and the weather's pretty cool. You have the option to open the window if you want, however... More

Japanese food is what I enjoy - but not in the Casual Dining area of Citylight Hotel. At 7pm on Saturday, with only 19 diners in a room for 150, this is what awaited us: Salmon sushi with fish bones hiding in the muscle fibers; Futomaki and California Maki without the proper main ingredients; sukiyaki without the bite; crispy Tempura... I have been to this hotel several times and the service is good. Lets start with ample parking space upon arrival. Clean fast elevator. Check-in is quick. Room is big and clean. And the food is great. I always enjoyed their buffet breakfast. Room service is prompt. Check out is quick. And to summarize it... I love this Hotel.

We've been to CityLight Hotel in December 2012. The hotel was bustling, there were lights everywhere. There was a gigantic Christmas Tree at the lobby. The feeling was energetic and warm at the same time. I was ecstatic. We're here again for the second time and I was surprised with the lackluster welcome of the hotel ambiance. Nothing's going on....
