I've booked hotels around Baguio and all of them have been a great experience for me. This is the first time I was actually disappointed. Let's start with the pros. I picked this hotel mainly for it's proximity to the downtown area. You could walk to most of the places from this hotel. Be it Session Road, the bus terminals,... More

I enjoyed my stay at Citylight Hotel because i find the place suitable for my needs as a Business Traveler. I like the buffet and the food server attending to us. The place is clean. Anyone can relax well. ENJOY!

Was disappointed with the limited variety of food and service. Felt like I was eating out of a can because most of the food are canned goods. Even the boiled eggs were not peeled well and they wait for you to request or complain before they refill the buffet. They also charge extra php75 for hot chocolate which is not... More

Our family stays here every Christmas. This is a place near the downtown area. Very accessible to churches, Session Road, SM City Baguio, etc. They have a very spacious lobby. The rooms are big enough and clean and their linens smells really good. Shower room needs to be improved though. They need to improve on how they clean them so... More

It's been my first time to Citylight Hotel but not in Baguio. I know that Baguio accommodation is a bit pricey if you're really looking for one extravagant hotel, but you can always find a hotel which is not that expensive but not that bad too. For me, Citylight Hotel is a nice hotel in the city center, affordable, and... More

We booked four rooms last June 2015 and mu tourists were all glad with its facilities, service and food. Citylight offers buffet breakfast with huge food options from Filipono, American and Japanese which I may say, worth the room rate. Shower room was exceptional. Citylight is just a few steps away from Baguio Cathedral, Session Road and SM. The hotel... More

Lets go with the PROS of this hotel first. 1. Near SM Baguio. 2. Rooms are spacious. 3. Beds and pillows are comfortable. 4. Food at the restaurant lobby is affordable. 5. Guards are courteous. 6. Fast Elevators. Now with the CONS 1. Carpet needs shampooing! Not only in the rooms, but the carpets everywhere in the hotel are dirty.... More

I have high expectations from this hotel because I paid Php4,500 per night through Agoda. To be honest, I felt being robbed based on the service and amenities I got. Pros: 1. location 2. ease of booking through Agoda (later I realized that nobody wants to stay here, thus, has available rooms in Agoda when all of the hotels are... More

Room: Bedsheets didn't even cover the whole bed AND there were holes in it (seemed like cigarette burns). Once we opened the blanket the bedsheet under it was short, covering only the upper 3/4 of the bed. Bathroom: Doorknob came off. The ceiling and the walls in the shower area were full of molds. There was a rancid smell when... More

We had a renovated room but the floor had stains and had a weird insect. Hot shower became a little warm after 30 mins. Hotel lounge had stinky smell. Hotel bathroom also had a smell. Front desk was not helpful. It's not worth it to stay in this hotel!!!
