We booked this hotel during our family getaway as part of a family reunion. The check in process was quick and the staff are pleasant and very helpful. I highly commend the staff of this hotel, they will do whatever it takes to please their guests. I was given a room on the ground floor which I resented due to... More

There were 5 of us and we stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. The room was spacious. Its living room has a sofa bed that can be used as another bedroom. The only complain I had was the room doesn't have air-conditioning. Although Baguio has cool, breezy air, it can get hot during summer and it so happened that summer peaked... More

It's my 4th (as far as I can remember) stay in Azalea and our average stay last for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious yet maintained its cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this to those who are travelling in groups. The hotel always kept its promise to provide quality service to their guest. Food is great at Tradisyon Restaurant, I recommend... More

We originally booked for 5 nights but decided to extend for another 7 days after our first night. I have to say it was a mistake. Having stayed for 12 nights, we feel that the best of service is only given up to the 4th night at most and everything declines from there. On our 5th day, we had to... More

Rooms are equipped with kitchen, fridge and microwave. They even cater to families who have kids and provide a playpen. Very good service and fast wifi. There's cable tv in every room. Bathrooms are clean and with heater.

Booked two double rooms for two nights for our adult family and were given rooms on the sixth floor. The rooms were of good size but the amenities were a bit Spartan, but clean. Our room was acceptable, except there was no hairdryer; the other room had no phone. Neither room had bathroom mats which were really needed as the... More

Second time in Baguio for me this year, this time with my brothers, their family, and sister. I did not book this hotel the last time as I found the price high, but this time my brother treated us, I booked a 3 bedroom arrangement. Pros: 1. very good reservation officers, they are timely in responding to requests and queries.... More

I was excited to book this hotel because of the photos they have in the main website. I was throughly disappointed because it was far from how i envision our 2 bedroom suite. I feel ripped off with the price since it doesn't live through my expectation. We occupy room 311. - No Cellphone signal and no wifi connection. I... More

We had an excellent stay in Azalea Residence. Staff were courteous and prompt. Service was fast. One call and someone will attend to your needs shortly. The amenities were good. The suites are homey and cozy, it was like being at home. Our bed was very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the Wi-Fi connection. Since we had... More
