On our 2nd day in Baguio, we decided to leave the first hotel we booked because we didn't like it. We picked this hotel pretty late but we were able to get a nice room still... plenty of hot water and room was nice. We only intended to crash for the night before we travel to Vigan on this hotel... We stayed here on June 27-28, 2014, which is not peak season. It is a chic and lovely medium-sized hotel at an accessible place in Baguio City. Being operated by the owners of the known Dulcinea restaurant-cafe (as we have been informed by the staff), it has Dulcinea as its lobby cafe where you'd have a good breakfast to begin... More

God, I love this hotel! For a three star hotel, everything about it surprised me! Let me make a break down: Location: Excellent! Like 3-5 minutes away from Victory Liner terminal. Quiet place yet very accessible to taxis. Reception/Front Office: Very helpful and so attentive to all our needs. Staffs: I will commend the hotel for having well-trained, helpful and... More

We stayed here last May 8-11. Rooms: 1. Small but strategically design for comfort. 2. Complete toiletries. 3. Everyday room make-up 4. Wifi not so strong in our room. Food: 1. Some of the foods in the menu is not available. (might out of stock?) 2. the food taste ok. 3. it's a bit pricey. 4. buffet breakfast is ok,... More

Stayed here for a total of six days covering a two-month span. Above-average priced hotel in Baguio with good location and good service. Good food as it is connection to a local restaurant with a fairly good reputation (Dulcinea). Rooms are really spacious, clean, and television is already top of the line and the sheets and linens and towels are... More

We spent two nights here and rooms are clean and acceptable but bathroom is a little tired and needs updating. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was inedible, how can you even get rice so wrong? its meant to be a restaurant. With a limited menu why on Day 1 was there no adobo, day 2 no adobo... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with my son and a friend and totally convinced that this hotel was nice and clean . The receptionist was very accommodating but the little thing I noticed was that the space was not that spacious. This hotel will be good for short visits and stay and they serve the buffet breakfast well. They have... More

With this hotel nothing is impossible, when I first got here year 2013 I was just checking it so that I can refer it to my clients but instead the facade was surprisingly very good. I stayed there may 2013 with my family booked deluxe and family suite it was very nice. The front desk officers no matter what shift... More

This hotel does not provide security to their guests. Their 24-hr CCTV and Security as they say in their advertisement were totally HOAX! CCTV is not working, security is a shame as they only have 1 security guard (whose role is just manning the door). Our room was robbed while we were having breakfast yesterday. Unfortunately the hotel staff did... More
