I knew the hotel from Manila but I haven't tried to check it. I thought that they will give a great service as they already have a lot of branches. But I was wrong. Starting from the check-in counter, ordering of food from the menu, complimentary water and borrowing an iron I was frustrated. Me and my fiancé waited for... More

We had an awesome experience staying here. It's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The place is clean, the room is very cozy, staff are very friendly and the breakfast is so good. It's one of the hotels in Baguio that I highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back here again on our next vacation

Deteriorated a lot, faucet has stained, room smells like cigarette ashes, toiletries are good for one person only, pillow cases are stained (dirty white to be exact hehehe, they should have bleached it), breakfast is not so good, no complimentary bottled water everyday, no bathroom rugs or mat (inside the bathroom), housekeeping needs more training especially in cleaning the bathroom,... Stayed here back in 2010 when the hotel was sparkling and new. The rooms were small but clean especially the bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets. Breakfast was great with varied choices of food. And the service was great. All for a daily rate of around P1,600.00. Returned just this month after four years and could not believe how... More

People were very nice at the hotel. True hospitable filipinos but the room had too many broken things. From the get go, the hotel looked nice but when you take a closer look, it was disappointing. First, the Plugs near the bed was not working so I just had to finish heating up my warm water then use the plug... More

We got here on the weekend of All Saints' Day. Picked it because of the price and place in the city , and i was all satisfied with what we got. The room was good, they have cable TV, no problem with the bathroom, etc. I have to admire the feel of the lobby; they got it European. The breakfast... More

Good location only. Beds not comfortable. Restroom is clean. No windows, dimly lit bedroom. Breakfast is okay, had to go to Jollibee on day 2. No direction if you're going up the lobby from the basement parking.

Stayed there 2 nights - was supposed to be 3. Breakfast was cold and when I asked for sunny side up eggs they gave me eggs that they had scraped the easy over off. Internet is very unreliable. The rooms are dingy made worse by dirty windows and net curtains that were unnecessary but stopped lots of light.
