spent last weekend at this hotel in Baguio. Never again!! Overpriced, rooms were cold and in poor state of repair, breakfast was a joke, customer service was lacking, "free" wifi was not available in rooms only down the hall in public area. We paid top $ for this room when i could have had a much better room at half... More

This hotel was not our first choice, Premium prices were charge for sub par rooms, Service and food. When we arrived I had to walk down a long corridor to get to the reservation desk to ask for a bell hop to go back out and get our bags, instead of waiting at the entrance they were all standing 100 meter... Proposal was already sent on my email and confirmed the reservation to one of their staff who contacted me. After 15 minutes, someone else would say that they are already fully booked. Good thing I haven't deposited the payment yet.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. It is an excellent example of how incompetent, poorly trained staff can really spoil a good hotel. When we first for to the hotel we were pleased that our room was clean, spacious and had the usual stuff that midrange hotels offer. However when we went to the front desk... More

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel away from the traffic-congested main thoroughfares and streets of Baguio City, you can try Albergo Hotel along Villamor Road which is a mere walking distance to and from Wright Park and the Mansion. There were four adults and a kid in our group and we decided to stay in a two-bedroom family suite... More

My wife and our 2 daughters had stayed for 3d/2n just last week here. The hot & cold shower worked well and the room was so cool even without aircon. The staffs were accommodating but don't fancy the breakfast it's too ordinary. The bed & linens were all clean and no bugs and cockroaches. And they provided extra towels with... More

My family and I, planned to stay in Albergo Hotel three nights, but, left quickly after only one. Staff were pleasant, but, the building and rooms are too old looking. This, after they have renovated the place, still was from when the American's were there 20 years ago. No upgrades... The beds were unconfortable, and the hot water stopped, just... More

EGI Albergo Hotel is not an expensive hotel. I think it is a mid-range hotel. My family and I stayed in a family suite at a promotional price of PHP2800 per day. The Family Suite had two bed rooms: one with matrimonial bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. The matrimonial bedroom has its own T&B. There is... More

Stayed with my parents, my wife, and my 3 month old baby. Location is very ideal, distant from the busy streets of baguio city yet tourust destinations are very accessible. Staffs are very accomodating. Will definitely go back to this hotel when we got a chance.

I've been to Baguio last week to attend company seminar. We stayed there for 3days and based on the experienced I had with Albergo-Hotel. I like their spacious convention hall with free wifi. This is the only place that gives me comfortable service with accomodating employees and the place is very accessible in other tourist attraction. When we stayed there,... More
