I'll give 3 stars to this place because they need to renovate or improve their bathroom. The toilet bowl doesn't work well and the sink needs to be fix for leaks. Overall the room is neat if you're there only for a place to sleep and bath. They don't serve breakfast when you stay at their family room. You'll have... More

Nice budget hotel. We stayed there from August 23-25, 2014. They give big discount up to 50% thats why we only paid php. 1,400/night for 3 adult & 2 teens. The room are specious, enough space for 4 to 6 people, hot shower with bathtub. Tv outdated but fine. The location is at the back of burnham park. Walking distance... More

Since we were out during the day, we really didn't mind the hotel's facilities as long as we had a good room to sleep in and a good bath with hot water. The location is good with many taxi cabs passing by. The rates are quite affordable. Staff are friendly. The place may not be as classy as the others,... More

We stayed here last Mar26-28 2014. We were looking for a place to stay and after a couple of inquiries to different hotels, we managed to pass by City Travel. On the outside,it looks quite expensive but then we were surprised when they offered us 50% off the price of their standard room provided that they wont be serving us... More

From the reviews I've read, I took the risk of booking this hotel since it has the best location in town. With Burnham park right in front and walking distance to shopping mall and market, I will surely save a lot from commuting - considering that we are traveling with so many kids and seniors. Before I checked in, I... More

This hotel is terrible. Stayed with family (7pax) and the room we got got enough space. 1 queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds and one extra bed. But everything was old and dark and creepy. Few electric outlets in the room despite of its size and capacity. The bunk beds creaks a lot for each move you make so its... More

Booked thru booking.com - big mistake! The rate wasn't discounted at all - in fact, I paid top price for a room that deserved a lot less. The pictures in booking.com looked spacious for a group of 6 pax, but we ended up being squeezed in a room that can only fit 3 people. The bunk beds creaked annoyingly with... More

An impromptu decision to go to Baguio is not one i recommend. Though, i did..coming from the South...now I'm off to the North~this time, without my kids. The net, again, was that virtual window for me on my blind side. Did the same thing, called direct, and wanting a good, comfortable stay outside of being a transient, CITY TRAVEL HOTEL... More

Stayed in December 2012 in a family suite. The only good thing about this hotel is that they have friendly staff and a welcoming lobby, nothing more nothing less. I find it very silly that a hotel such as this doesnt have the basic hot water for their baths (imagine baguio without hot water?) They made me and my 3... More

Stayed here after during the Xmas of 2012 with my family. I booked early as I anticipated the peak season in coming to Baguio. Got my 20% discount when I booked for a Family Suite Jr room which is only around Php 2800 per day for a Family of five! We arrived earlier that the official check in time of... More
