I always stay in this hotel for a number of reasons. It's much cheaper than others, the downtown location is great and you will not find a friendlier hotel staff, but there are a few things I wish they would really do, like retiring their worn-out towels, making sure that there's warm water as advertised and at least inspect the... My partner and I checked in in this hotel last May 2014. It was our first time in Baguio so we have no idea about the hotels. We got tired of walking around looking where to check in until we've decided to ask for help from a taxi driver to get us to the hotel and he brought us to... More

The location and a decent breakfast were the only postitves. Other than that....outdated rooms, walls had holes and thru those came a 6 inch mouse which chewed up our bags consuming our snacks. The hotel did have my bag repaired so at least my things would not fall out while walking. No hot water, they didn't clean the room...after our... More

We check in at 1am of April 30, the room was nice. It's clean, wide hallway, carpeted flooring, the hotel is old. Only the room needs more light. Also no phones inside the room, they provide soap only and tissue and towel. No shampoo. The electrical sockets are loose and only 2sockets are available in the big room. So I... More

This hotel is in the heart of everything, one thing i must point out is at night this place is not crawling with people and jeepneys like in metro manila. Its quiet and barely anyone around. Now on to the review of the hotel, the service was great and the workers was very courtious. The room upon entry could use... More

My boyfriend and I went to Baguio last March 6 2013. I didn't have time to browse into hotels so when Manong said this hotel is good, we agreed to go with him. When we first saw the room it wasn't so bad, it looks old though but it's better compare to rooms in its neighbor hotel. It's later on... More

Looks can be deceiving. This hotel is in the heart of the market. Sorrounded with small shops, fruit stands, heavy traffic so crowded place. The sorroundings is dirty and stinks from urine. View from our room is a breathtaking shanty and rubbish. Room is so old, sheets feels sticky, bathroom specially inder the sink is dirty with tubes blocked with... More

If you are in Baguio or plan to be, please skip Belfranlt Hotel from your options! Its the worst hotel i've ever been, for the same rate. It was by accident that we decided to take the room. Since we arrived at the height of the Panagbenga crowd, we ran out of options! Please consider the following bad things we... More

First sight hotel looks ok at the desk and friendly clerc. But : the electric wiring related to the "in house" radio is detqched from sockets and if touched you may be electrocuted. The TV (cable TV ) is sizling all the time and no one knows how to fix it...The shower and the tubes are completly broken meaning that... More
