We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Got the room for only 900 pesos per night. The room is clean, has two beds (1 single, 1 king size). We were three in the room. Bathroom is shared. 1 thing about the inn that needs to be improved is the HEATER. Overall, place is really good if you are on a... More

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk/hike to the Cathedral, Session rd. and SM. Our room's big enough for six person (spacious) but the toilet is really small. Heater is not working (not sure why). Receptionist is quite masungit. They have restaurant and wifi is only available on the lobby. If your on a tight budget, I'll still recommend... More

This was a nice surprise! The rooms was small but comfortable. The house was in a quiet area of the city. I was able to sit out on the balcony for an hour or so and enjoy the quiet after being in Manila the previous 5 nights. The restaurant in the hotel was good and the meal was home cooked.... More

We stayed for 3 nights here. We arrived 5:00AM there, and since there's a vacant room, they were nice to let us stay early than the check in time. The place was clean, the beddings, towel and curtains were ok and smells nice. There's hot shower, cabinet with hangers, and cable tv. Abundant taxi pass by in front of the house,... More

I don't know what happen to the previous management. The last 3 stay is good. This is our 4th stay at AJ Pension House. Every year we choose to stay here because of good service and easy to transact receptionist and cozy rooms at the 2nd floor. But now everything changes even the service. We reserved a room 2 days... This is a fairly small guest inn, situated near bottom of fairly steep street. This may be a problem if you are old and infirm, but its no problem if you are reasonably fit. The rooms are fairly small but very clean and all inclusive. We never encountered any noise or any other problem the few times we stayed here.... More

we found this by accident late at night. well worth the money charged. a triple room was p 1200, the beds were ok for the price and everything was clean. No hot water but that was the only complaint, If you want to sleep - avoid room 101 on the ground floor if there is a party in the restaurant/... More

If you want a quiet rest and relaxation in Baguio, don't go to AJ. Neighborhood is so noisy. We could hear the people singing their videokes, obviously drunk. Their neighbors' dog kept on barking all through the night. And if you travel by private vehicle, parking will be a problem. We have to park our car elsewhere since their parking... More

If you need to get to the Dangwa bus station, don't take a taxi from outside AJs, since they're likely to route you all around the city contributing to the already horrific air pollution problem. Instead, turn left out of the hotel, up the hill to the main road. Take a breather at the junction and get your heart rate... More
