I love going to the beach but I also like a little variety when I’m on vacation. Trujillo is a great spot because you get the best of both worlds—nearby beaches and a city with a decent night life. I’m glad I choose the Libertador. Money well spent! more

Trujillo was an amazing experience. The weather was excellent for swimming on the terrace with some traditional Malabrigo cocktails. It’s less than 30 minutes from the beach, and the hotel helped us with getting secure transportation. Great time and delicious drinks at the bar. more

We stayed at the Libertador for a few days. I have one tip .. negotiate! Do not pay up front but enter the hotel asking for a suite, take a look to see what they offer and pay for a room. We ended up having all the luxury possible for the prize of a standard room. Otherwise i agree with... more
