I would classify This hotel as an average one. The rooms are plain and clean. The room did not have any AC unit but it had a fan which worked only on the minimum speed. The hotel is located quite close to the center of Trujillo and the staff were also helpful even though hey hardly spoke any English.

After spending a night at another hotel where we got no sleep and had no hot water, we checked into this hotel and it was a huge relief. It isn't anything special but it was clean, quiet (we had a room at the back with an internal window), everything worked as it should and there was even a TV. Breakfast... More

It was a good hotel for peruvian standards. Pretty quiet in the back rooms, large bathroom with very old-style wall tiles. Room was ok and clean. Quite expensive for the quality. European breakfast: good effort but not much variety. Eggs, jams and bread, juice and coffee. WiFi available in the hall, PC for the guests.

This is not a hotel to recommend. Our triple room whilst quiet was dark, dirty, had damp bedding, no windows, smelled of smoke and one of the three beds was broken. The breakfast was poor and took over an hour to fry an egg. We left at the earliest opportunity and went elsewhere.

This is a clean, simple inexpensive hotel located in the buzzing downtown core of Trujillo. Room was a bit dark as i stayed in inside room as i did not want to hear the blaring horns of taxi drivers. i had not much of a view but room was clean and washroom was decent with hot water and clean towels.... My wife and I recently stayed 2 nights at the Saint Germain in Trujillo. We picked it because it was recommended in Lonely Planet and described as a "hotel de charme". It turned out to be anything but a charming hotel. We had the matrimonial room which was spacious but overlooked the street where all the taxis seemed to collect... More
