PLEASE CHANGE THE NAME OF THIS HOSTAL! It has been under new ownership for about 6 months now and we had great difficulty finding the Miski Wasi Inn - we got quite irritated at our taxi driver when actually he was doing a great job in taking us to the right place although it apparently had the wrong name! Anyway... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in the end because on our first day in Puno my partner got a tummy bug so we needed to rest. We first stayed in a double room but then switched to a twin after the first night due to his illness. Both rooms were comfortable with windows that could be opened, private bathrooms... More

TA - can you please update the name of this hostel! or even better give it its own listing. The new owner took over this place one month ago and is doing a great job. We asked the agency we booked our bus with in Copacabana if they could recommend somewhere in Puno and he gave us a flyer for... More

Great stay. After staying in the walkonninn which we did not like we found this place. Great matrasses, great shower, nice decorated rooms, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast with a choise of fresh juices! This all for a great rate too! Would definetly stay here again! It is just around the corner from the mainsquare, in a quit... More

This a friendly and clean hotel. The staff do not speak English, yet do the most to help. The location is very convenient. Good value for the money. Rooms are not great, but still comfortable.

We arrived in Puno at 2 am without having booked a hotel room, so we were happy to accept the offer of a tout at the bus station. The room was $30 per night including breakfast. It was rather small, but clean and had a TV. Frequent noise came from the street and, especially, from travelers going up and down... More

The staff at this small hotel were very friendly an went out of their way to help us, dispite the language barrier. We had an endless supply of hot water, breakfast whenever we wanted and even laundry. The hotel is well located for the main street of Puno but not so close that we were bothered by the noise. This... More

Miski Wasi was a good, clean place to stay in Puno. It had clean rooms, hot water, TV's in the rooms. The service was average, but the people who worked there were nice. There's a computer with internet that's available to use. Breakfast is provided, and includes toast with jam and butter, fresh juice (we got mango), eggs, and tea.... More
