Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, on the first night went down to the desk to ask for a heater or an extra blanket, the receptionist told us it would be an additional 10 soles which we agreed to, and then said he'd bring it to our room. Never arrived with the heater or an extra blanket. One of... More

I had a trip with 35 Colombians and take the services of this hotel and from the first moment all went wrong, they wanted that we pay for services that the hotel includes, first mentioned that did not include breakfast and we had to pay 8 extra soles, we had to rent towels but it was included, there was no... We stayed here for 2 nights before the Titicaca overnight tour and we came back for another night before going to Arequipa. We are 100% satisfied with the room and the staff with what we paid, for the first 2 nights. However, something horrible happened on the morning of the last day. Soles 400 (more than USD100) were stolen in... More

The staff is rude and do not effort to make your stay better. They definitely should work on the cleanliness on the hotel specially the bathrooms. For an hotel it's an absurd you have to request towels and even toilet papers because they are not available in your room upon your arrival. On our two day stay they do not... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of March 2013. The road outside is being worked on and so the hotel is a bit tough to find, but the road on the other side of the hotel is very busy and the constant tooting of car horns is very annoying if you're trying to catch up... More

Low price hotel that could be lots better if staff were more aware of their paying guests! They put us in the room nearest the stairs one floor up from reception, probably out of laziness as the room was dark and poky and nothing like the pics from the booking site. This meant we heard all activity up and down... More

We were here in February 2013. The place is no longer a building site and is reasonably quiet but it is cold. There is a kitchen upstairs which is free to use for guests and it has a lot of butter knifes and spoons but not a single fork in the kitchen?? When we were there no breakfast was being... More

Europa is a surprisingly OK budget hotel in Puno. It was very clean, our rooms were almost cozy, walls in warm colors, I expected something more basic for such a hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. They suggested a place to eat a great trout - Restaurante International, just two corners from the hotel and it was truly... More

This hotel has a reasonable location and I think the staff try to be helpful, with pick up from the bus station included. However, the facilities were not very good. The hot water was not hot, only one of the room lights worked and the room had no heating. If you´re a budget traveller accustomed to staying in cheap hostels,... More

Good location. Staff forgot to pick me up at the bus station, the room smelt very mouldy and damp. No towels, toilet paper or hot water. The reception guys were very friendly and helpful and did try to get the hot water going. Some light bulbs didn't work despite putting new bulbs in and they were very loose fitting against... More
