What is there to say ? Incredible staff and hotel. Restaurant was excellent and very good value. From the minute you enter till you leave you were treated like royalty. Fantastic spot just off the lake and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Puno.

The grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. It is located right on Lake Titikaka and easy access to Uros. The rooms are very comfortable, wonderfully comfortable beds and beautiful views. We went downstairs for a little bite to eat and some wine, and very much enjoyed the alpaca pizza and red wine. This was a great hotel to end... More

Given it's location on the shore of Lake Titicaca, you might expect this hotel to reflect the wonderful surroundings. It didn't. The reception staff were indifferent. The bar area, with a view of the lake, was furnished in grey and navy - it called for vibrant colours! Our lake view room appeared to be 'half a room' very narrow, with... More

This is a very nice hotel located on Lake Titticacca. Some of the rooms have a lake view. The staff tried very hard. The rooms are clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably (for a hotel restaurant) priced. The two downsides: the hotel is off by itself, and we generally prefer a less formal hotel.

Modern the room overlooked Lake Titicaca, and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed one night. Dinner in their hotel restaurant (excellent meals, and great service). Buffet breakfast was very good. This is a wonderful hotel in the town of Puno.

Modern, but still had the classic Spanish designs. Our room overlooked Lake Titicaca, and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Stayed two nights, while touring in the area, and ate dinner in their hotel restaurant (excellent meals, and great service). Buffet breakfast was very good. Take a walk out on their extended dock, into the lake. You will see several birds... More

The hotel has spectacular views of Lake Titicaca and a private dock that made our arrival by boat easy and fun. Our rooms were superior lake views and one was large with a massive extremely comfortable bed whereas the other was a bit cramped with two full beds. What we found extremely disappointing was that our room was in a... More

Location of hotel was exceptional, right on Lake Titticaca with its own jetty to take boat tours to Uros islands. Hotel itself was okay but somehow failed to live up to its 4 star billing. Room basic but no tea making facilities in room. Shower didn't work despite telling reception twice, water just trickled out down wall. Its okay for... More

Comfortable room, excellent food, great location! And helpful friendly staff. You can birdwatch from the jetty in front of the hotel, catch a taxi into town or simply try and cope with the altitude...there's oxygen and coca tea on offer. The restaurant serves large portions so best to share.
