Architecture, location, service, views, great food--this hotel has it all. I was a bit intimidated by the altitude at Puno and Lake Titicaca. I need not have feared. This hotel understands that visitors, though awed by the location, might need to slow down and be pampered a bit. Room was perfect, with small balcony and fabulous view over the lake.... More

All rooms have cute little balconies. Our stay was comfortable and the rooms are fully equipped. Service from front desk is a bit slow. There was a bad sewage smell in the rooms due to the proximity to the lake.

This hotel is set beside Lake Titicaca. Our room, with a small balcony overlooked the lake. The hotel is a little way out of Puno, therefore one would require transport to get into town for restaurants and shopping etc. However, the hotel restaurant with its large windows overlooking the lake serves excellent food, in pleasant surroundings. The staff were friendly... More

This was one of best hotels we stayed in during our trip, staff were excellent and made sure we were feeling alright due to the high altitude and recommended the coca tea which was freely available anytime. We had a really busy day and had eaten on our train journey there so really only needed a small dinner the restaurant... More

We stayed here two nights, one on the way to Suasi, and one on the way back Rooms were excellent, as were the public areas, but the reception staff weren't really switched on (forgot to charge us for the room- twice) The food was disappointing, even if in the restaurant, ask for the bar menu, then at least you'll get... We liked this hotel; we knew it was a bit out of town and we were happy with that. The staff were friendly overall but we were not that impressed with the check in; Staff not interested and maybe just blase from all those groups coming in leading to neglecting individual people paying full price. We booked the room via... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group on two occasions for one night each - before and after going to La Paz. We also stayed at a number of other Casa Andina Private Collection properties in Peru and this hotel has all the standard features of all those hotels - helpful and friendly staff, large nicely... I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it found it to be overall pretty good. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was very good. There was never a bartender at the bar in the lobby area (they had to bring one from the restaurant, which was odd, but it worked). We had a view of the parking lot. I was... More

They need to better train the staff working the front desk. However the food and the service in the dining room is like a 5 stars hotel, traveling to Peru is a constant culinary experience and the staff in the dining room is excellent

Hotel was ok, but not the level we expected for this price. Rooms were small with paper thin walls so you hear everything. Decor is straight from 1980. Water is not safe to drink, but no bottled water provided - you can buy a small bottle for $4 in the lobby.... Overall disappointing, especially after good experiences with other hotels... More
