We stayed one night, getting in at 6:00pm and leaving at 7am the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was an ATM by the reception desk, there were two alpacas patrolling the grass outside the restaurant (I did feel bad eating alpaca steak while they were looking at me), and the room has a view of the lake. We had a spacious well-appointed room overlooking Lake Titicaca. A few probs with taps etc. but staff were very prompt in fixing it. Nice cozy fireplace by bar in lobby. Amazing breakfast buffet. We stayed here in a triple shared room in Dec. The hotel was situated in a very nice location near the Lake. This was both good and bad in the sense that whilst the views were lovely you were pretty much stuck eating at the hotel restaurant if you don't want to travel into town. More

Comfortable and competently run hotel, it also has the advantage of being away from the dirty and noisy center of Puno, with nice views of the lake. Dinner was nice.
