We stayed for two nights either side of a home stay on Lake Titicaca's Isla Amantani. During our stay on Amantani Casa Andina Hotel stored our bags at no cost to us. The hotel's staff are very professional and polite. They were very helpful to us and they all spoke an excellent standard of English which was great for us... More

We had a very nice stay at this hotel; the staff is very friendly and helpful. When we told them one of us has celiac disease they told the chef and he made a gluten-free breakfast the next day. The hotel has a good location.

We stayed 2 nights in this Puno hotel . Staff is friendly and helpful. We had 2 different rooms as we stayed 2 different nights. Both rooms were clean, 208 somewhat bigger then 215. Safe was in the room. 215 had an additional advantage in that it was high enough to keep the window open at night (at the back... More

I was picked up at the train station and delivered to the hotel after a long days travel from Cusco, so was not the sharpest. It was a very short drive from the train station and the guide suggested that i leave my passport in the hotel. I was intrigued once I had checked in to check the place out.... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel after along bus journey from Cusco. This is a basic hotel 2.5 ratings, the check in/out was good and efficient. The room needs to be refurbished, many times there was no hot water for the shower... terrible ...and drainage was completely plug. Location was not so bad , the Super Market and many... More

This hotel was in the central of Puno which most travellers used as base to travel to and from lake Titicaca as Puno itself did not hold much attraction. It's a 3 star hotel so we did not have much expectation and the review was done accordingly: - The public area such as the lobby and breakfast area was clean,... More

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Although we were on the street side, there was no noise during the night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is very good. Unfortunately they do not provide dinner, but, there are many nice restaurants between the hotel and the main plaza, which is close... More

This was definitely the nicest of the Casa Andina Classics we stayed in on our tour of Peru. It seems fairly new and modern although we did have a few bathroom issues that they were still trying to resolve (and did) when we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very very... More

This hotel stood out far above any other hotel we stayed at in comfort and service. The staff at the desk were remarkably helpful and nice. They also provided 10 minutes of free oxygen for people who were adjusting to the altitude change. The room was lovely; and the bed was so soft! It felt like heaven! We also had... More
