Although the city of Puno is quite dreary, Casa Andina makes it a great experience. The hotel has fantastic service, well equipped rooms (complete with full Cable TV) and a satisfying breakfast service. The 24 hour security guard and all you can drink free coca or muña tea adds to the large list which makes this place a great hotel... more

Why dont they just have casa andinas all through south america? We have stayed in casa andinas in Lima, Nazca, Chivay, Cusco and Puno. The staff are so friendly and helpful- like your own personalised trip advisor! Taxis, places to eat, places to see - you name it. The rooms are great and the breakfasts are very nice! more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we had a good stay. The best thing about this hotel was the service provided by the reception. Mariela helped us organizing our stay and even more. She found solutions to all our enquiries. This is by far the best service we received. more

Our first room was incredibly noisy with horns honking & people yelling on the street, but we asked to be moved and the friendly staff quickly assigned us a smaller but quieter room. This place is first rate. Clean, comfortable rooms for a good price. Includes a full breakfast. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We spent three nights and were very pleased. No noise issues and a great location. Two big thumbs up. more
